MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 24, 1994
Also present were Aldermen D'Acquisto, Dumke, Misko, Sanders,
The meeting was called to order at 8:21 P.M. by Mayor De Angelis.
Woodard, City Attorney Molter, and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
Aldermen Patterson and Taube were absent.
Dumke moved for approval of minutes of the Common Council Meeting
held May 10, 1994. D'Acquisto seconded, carried.
COMblUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor announced his appointment of Donald Pionek as Chairman of the
Board of Appeals. Mayor also stated that he was actively working
at the County level to rescind the special assessment district
policy as it relates to road improvements.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Sanders presented minutes of Finance Committee Meetings held
5/18/94 and 5/24/94 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded,
carried.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of Public Welfare Committee Meeting
held 5/12/94 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried.
Woodard presented minutes of Public Safety Committee Meeting held
5/12/94 and moved for acceptance. Misko seconded, carried.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of Public Utilities Committee Meeting
held 5/19/94 and moved for acceptance. Sanders seconded, carried.
Minutes of Library Board Meeting held 5/3/94, Parks and Recreation
Board Meeting held 5/9/94, and Plan Commission Meeting held 5/17/94
were received and placed on file.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #125-94 - Approval of Final Plat, Letter of Credit and
Subdivider's Agreement for Kimberly Estates. Dumke moved for
adoption. Sanders seconded. Misko moved to amend the first BE IT
FURTHER RESOLVED paragraph to add "and the Public Works Committee"
FURTHER RESOLVED" that the Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of
following "subject to approval of" and to add an additional "BE IT
Credit are only approved contingent upon all revisions being

incorporated into said documents as recommended by the City

for adoption. Sanders seconded. Mayor requested deferral as
further review is still required. Sanders moved to defer, Misko
seconded, carried.
Reso. #127-94 - Approval of Preliminary Plat - Belsha Estates. 0 D'Acquisto moved for adoption. Dumke seconded. Carried 5-0.
Norway. D'Acquisto moved for adoption. Dumke seconded. Carried

Reso. #129-94 - Approval of Amendment to Listing Contract between
the City of Muskego and Mooney LeSage & Associates. Dumke moved
for adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 5-0.
Reso. #130-94 - Approval of Renewal of Lease Agreement for
City-Owned Parkland Plaza. Woodard moved for adoption. Sanders
seconded. Carried 5-0.
Reso. #131-94 - Approval of Agreement between the City of Muskego
and HAWS for July 1, 1994 through June 30, 1995. Dumke moved for
adoption. D'Acquisto seconded. Carried 5-0.
Reso. #132-94 - Establishing Traffic Regulations. Misko moved for
adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 5-0.
Reso. #133-94 - Appointment of Citizen Member to Parks &
Misko seconded. Carried 5-0.
Recreation Board (Toby Whipple). Woodard moved for adoption.
Ord. #E42 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 21, Section 21.05
of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Sewer Metering).

LICENSE APPROVAL
Approval of Amendment to Premise Description to include outside
parking lot and Outside Dance Permit for Linda Karras (Silver
Bullet) for June 10, 1994. On the floor, deferred 5/10/94.
both stated it was a one day event and additional conditions were
being placed on the license holder this year. Motion to approve
amendment to premise description and Outside Dance Permit for
6/10/94, with conditions outlined by Finance Committee, carried 4-1
with D'Acquisto casting the "no" vote.
Hut, Inc. Class "B" Beer License to Timothy Ricciardi for 1993-1994
Sanders moved for approval of Change of Agent for Dairyland Pizza
license year. Dumke seconded, carried.
Dumke moved for approval of Operators' Licenses for Elizabeth
Woppert. Sanders seconded, carried.
Ziegler, Danielle Tarnow, Kris Steinweber, Kelly Liska, and Juliann
Heiden, Michael Congemi, and Darrell Fynaardt. Dumke seconded.
Sanders moved for approval of Temporary Operators' Licenses for Jim
Carried with 4 in favor and Misko abstaining due to conflict of
interest. There were no objections to abstention.
D'Acquisto expressed opposition to approval. Sanders and Dumke
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Dumke moved for approval of General Vouchers in the amount of
$583,991.96. Sanders seconded. Carried 5-0.
Dumke moved for approval of Tax Vouchers in the amount of
$1,420,234.55. Sanders seconded. Carried 5-0.
Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$71,360.32. Woodard seconded. Carried 5-0.

CITY OFFICIALS' REPORTS
Mayor stated that the Public Works Committee would meet on
Wednesday, May 25 at 4:OO P.M. The Common Council will also hold a
special meeting at 7:OO P.M. Wednesday, May 25, regarding a liquor
license revocation/suspension hearing.
Mayor also stated that informational meetings will be held on May
31 from 6:OO-8:OO P.M. and June 2 from 6:OO-8:OO P.M. regarding
development of Racine and Janesville corner.
Misko moved to adjourn at 9:40 P.M. D'Acquisto seconded, carried.
