MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 25, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 9:40 P.M. by Mayor De Angelis.
Also present were Aldermen Patterson, Dumke, Misko, Sanders,
Molter, and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
Schneider, Taube, Woodard, City Clerk Marenda, City Attorney
meeting held January 11, 1994. Misko seconded, carried.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Patterson moved for acceptance of minutes of the Finance Committee
Meetings held 1/19/94 anh 1/25/94. Sanders seconded, carried.
Committee Meeting held 1/12/94. Patterson seconded, carried.
Schneider moved for acceptance of minutes of Public Welfare
Woodard moved for acceptance of minutes of Public Utilities
Committee Meeting held 1/20/94. Sanders seconded, carried.
Plan Commission minutes of 1/18/94 were received and placed on
file.
OLD BUSINESS
Ord. #822 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 8, Section 8.1 (1) and
City of Muskego (Reference to Highway Width Map). On the floor,
Chapter 17, Section 17.5.02 (2) A. 1. of the Municipal Code of the
Chapter 17.5.02 (2) A. 1. identified in Section 2 of the Ordinance
deferred 1/11/94. Taube moved to amend the paragraph contained in
Year 2010 City of Muskego Arterial Street and Highway System Plan
as follows, "On all principle traffic arteries as designated by the
and as set forth in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, the base
setback line shall be located a distance from the center line of
the right-of-way equal to one half the width of the right-of-way as
referred to above." Misko seconded, carried. Ord. #822, as
amended, adopted 7-0.
Ord. #E24 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 14, to Add Section 1.5
(2)(h), of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego Floodplain
Zoning Ordinance: Official Map (Plum Creek Addition #l). Second
Reading. Taube moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried
7-0.
Ord. #825 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 14, to Add Section 1.5
Zoning Ordinance: Official Map (Plum Creek East). Second Reading.
(2)(i), of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego Floodplain

Reso. #22-94 - Resolution Adopting Assessment Policy for
Assessments Levied On or After 3/26/91 for Construction of Water
Mains. Sanders moved for adoption. Woodard seconded. Patterson
moved to amend to remove the words, "for Assessments Levied on or
After 3/26/91" from the title and body of the resolution and from
the title identified on the policy itself. Sanders seconded,
carried. Resolution #22-94, as amended, adopted 7-0.
Reso. #23-94 - Resolution Adopting Assessment Policy for
Assessments Levied On or After 3/26/91 for Construction of
Sanitary Sewers. Sanders moved for adoption. Schneider seconded.

Ord. #E26 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 9, Section 9.01(l)(e)
of the Muncipal Code of the City of Muskego (Hunting
Regulations). First Reading.

Ord. #827 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego from RS-2 to RSM (College Square Apartments). First
Reading. The consensus of the Council was not to send this issue
back to the Plan Commission.
Ord. #E28 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 18, Section 18.11 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Land Division Ordinance)
First Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL
Patterson moved for approval of Operator's Licenses for Nicole
GeBoy. Sanders seconded, carried:
Retailer's Licenses for St. Leonard Congregation for 2/12/94 and
Patterson moved for approval of Temporary Class "B"/"Class B"
10/8/94. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.

VOUCHER APPROVAL e Patterson moved for approval of General Vouchers in the amount of
$244,596.75. Dumke seconded. Carried 7-0.
Patterson moved for approval of Tax Refund Vouchers in the amount
of $5,064.59. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$205,214.82. Woodard seconded. Carried 7-0.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
Mayor requested that Council members give thought to scheduling
the meeting on a different night. The Council members were
the Big Muskego Lake quarterly meetings earlier or possibly holding
on another evening. The time will have to be determined.
