The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mayor De Angelis.
Also present were Aldermen Patterson, Dumke, Misko, Schneider,
Taube, Woodard, City Clerk Marenda, City Attorney Molter, and
Deputy Clerk Blenski. Alderman Sanders was absent.

12/30/93 and moved for acceptance. Schneider seconded, carried.
Woodard presented minutes of Public Safety Committee Meeting held
1/6 and moved for acceptance. Misko seconded, carried.
Minutes of 1/4 Plan Commission Meeting were received and placed on
file.
Reso. # 1-94 - Authorize Quarles & Brady to Draft an Amendment to
Petition for Improvements and Agreement Regarding Special
Assessments (CCV). Schneider moved for adoption. Woodard

CITY OFFICIALS' REPORTS
Clerk reported receipt of petition from Michael Heise for rezoning
of property from RS-2 to RSM. A Public Hearing will be held at
7:20 P,M. in Tuesday, January 25, 1994.
Clerk reported receipt of petition from Terra Development for Plum
Creek Addition #1 for amendment to Chapter 14, Section 1.5(2) to
adopt a revised Official Floodplain Map. A Public Hearing will be
held at 7:25 P.M. on Tuesday, February 8, 1994.
Misko moved to adjourn at 10:25 P.M. Taube seconded.
