MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 28, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M. by Mayor De Angelis.
Also present were Aldermen Patterson, Dumke, Misko, Sanders,
Aldermen Taube and Woodard were absent.
Schneider, Deputy Clerk Blenski, and City Attorney Trindl.
Patterson moved for approval of the minutes of the Common Council
meeting held December 14, 1993. Schneider seconded, carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor stated that Citv Hall would be oDen on 12/31 for collection

Sanders presented minutes of Public Utilities Committee meeting
held 12/16 and moved for acceptance. Schneider seconded, carried.
Minutes of 12/21 Plan Commission meeting were received and placed
on file.
OLD BUSINESS
Ord. #823 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego RS-2 to RS-2/0D (Steinhauer). First Reading. Mayor stated
that Plan Commission did not recommend approval of the rezoning.

moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Sanders moved to amend to
(Residential Equivalency Charge Chart). Second Reading. Patterson
change the words, "and January 1, 1994" to "and publication" in
Section 5 and to add "PER BUILDING" following "1 REC MINIMUM" to

Reso. #284-93 - Resolution as to Acceptance of Land for BML Access
(Bass Bay Sportsman Assn.). Schneider moved for adoption. Dumke
seconded. Carried 5-0.
Reso. #285-93 - Acceptance of Big Muskego Lake Dam. Dumke moved
for adoption. Schneider seconded. Discussion took place as to the
assurance the City has about the structure of the earthen dam.
Sanders did not want City Attorney to do title search until all
conditions are met. Sanders moved to amend to add, "WHEREAS, the
DNR will supply written correspondence stating that the earthen dam
was built to specifications and that the dam spillway meets all
current state requirements" and "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the
City Attorney is authorized to order the necessary title evidence
subject to all of the above conditions being met." Schneider
seconded. Carried 5-0. Resolution #285-93, as amended, carried
4-1 with Misko casting the "no" vote.

adoption. Schneider seconded. Carried 5-0.
Reso. #291-93 - Approval of Contract Between Waukesha County Dept.
of Aging and City of Muskego. Removed due to contract not being
received.
Reso. #292-93 - Appointment of Citizen Member to Plan Commission
(Robert Vitt). Sanders moved for adoption. Misko seconded.
Carried 5-0.

Ord. #822 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 8, Section 8.1 (1) and
City of Muskego (Reference to Highway Width Map). First Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL
Patterson moved for approval of Operators' Licenses for Annmarie
Giuliani, Brian Kelly, Nancy Kwaterski, Keith Stark and Thomas
Kitzke (Temporary) subject to favorable police reports. Dumke
seconded, carried.
Patterson moved for approval of Temporary Class "B"/"Class B"
Association for January 8, 1994. Misko seconded. Carried 5-0.

VOUCHER APPROVAL
Patterson moved for approval of General Vouchers in the amount of
$209,125.59. Schneider seconded. Carried 5-0.
Patterson moved for approval of Tax Refund Checks in the amount of
$25,498.19. Dumke seconded. Carried 5-0.
Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$49,792.11. Schneider seconded. Carried 5-0.
Patterson reminded everyone that the mandatory curbside
trash/recycling program for residential properties would begin
January 3, 1994.
Misko moved to adjourn at 9:02 P.M. Schneider seconded, carried.
