The meeting was called to order at 7:56 P.M. by Mayor De Angelis.

Sanders presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held 12/8
and 12/14 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded, carried.
Woodard presented minutes of Public Safety Committee meeting held
12/9 and moved for acceptance. Mikso seconded, carried.
Minutes of 12/7 Plan Commission meeting were received and placed
on file.
OLD BUSINESS
Reso. #255-93 - Authorizing Agreement Between City of Muskego
and Wisconsin Department of Agriculture (Weights & Measures). On
the floor, deferred 11/9/93, 11/23/93. Taube requested other
options be explored for 1995. Carried 5-2 with Schneider and Taube
voting "no. 'I
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #268-93 - Rejection of Lanke's Offer to Sell Property in
Industrial Park to City of Muskego. Patterson moved for
adoption. Schneider seconded. Dumke moved to amend to add
that City would reject offer subject to property not being sold for
more than the City's current asking price per acre. Sanders
seconded. Molter stated legal research was needed. Dumke withdrew
motion with approval of the second. Patterson moved to defer.

Reso. #283-93 - Approval of Holding Tank - Merkel. Dumke moved
for adoption. Patterson seconded. Carried 7-0.
Reso. #271-93 - Approval of Offer to Purchase-Hamm (Industrial
Park). Dumke moved for adoption. Patterson seconded. Taube moved
to amend to add that approval is "subject to a more detailed map
being attached to the Offer to identify the parcel." Schneider
seconded, carried. Reso. #271-93, as amended, carried 7-0.
Reso. #272-93 - Approval of Offer to Purchase-Balistreri
seconded. Taube expressed concern about the value of the remnant
(Industrial Park) Patterson moved for adoption. Schneider
piece that will remain. Mayor stated that buyer will only be
obtaining about three acres leaving additional acreage to be added
to the piece of land there creating a saleable lot. There was
discussion about the property exchange that took place between the
City and Custom Wire Industries, the original buyer of the 3.6 acre
parcel. Patterson moved to defer to obtain information from the
file. Misko seconded, carried.

Patterson moved for approval of General Vouchers in the amount of
$388,396.44. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Patterson moved for approval of Tax Refund Checks in the amount of
$5,064.59. Misko seconded. Carried 7-0.
Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$608,244.32. Woodard seconded. Carried 7-0.
Clerk reported several public hearings are scheduled: December
to the Highway Width Map with new language and 7:25 P.M. Petition
28-7:20 P.M. Amendments to Chapters 8 and 17 to replace reference
of Doris Steinhauer to rezone property on Woods Road from RS-2 to
RS-2/0D; January 11-7:20 P.M. Petition of Terra Development, Inc.
(for Plum Creek Addition #1) to amend Chapter 14 to adopt a revised
official floodplain map and 7:25 P.M. Pettition of Carity Land Corp.
(for Plum Creek East) to amend Chapter 14 to adopt a revised
official floodplain map; January 25-7:25 P.M. Amendment to Chapter
18 to create exception to the definition of a subdivision when
considering commercial and/or industrial land.
Misko requested information on LML dam. Mayor reported on status.
Patterson reminded everyone that December 31 is the last day for
the citywide garbage/recycling program beginning January 1.
