MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 9, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 8:43 P.M. by Mayor De Angelis.
Also present were Aldermen Patterson, Dumke, Misko, Sanders,
Molter, and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
Schneider, Taube, and Woodard, City Clerk Marenda, City Attorney
meeting held October 26, 1993. Schneider seconded, carried.
Patterson moved for approval of the minutes of the Common Council
CO"NICATI0NS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor read Proclamation for Family Life Week to be held on
No;. 21-27. Mayor reported that the contract for the curbside
garbage/recycling pickup has been executed.
OLD BUSINESS
Reso. #248-93 - Resolution Indicating City's Present Intent to
Approve the Concept of RS-2/0PD Zoning - Plum Creek Addn. #l.
Possible Reconsideration. Patterson moved for reconsideration.
Schneider seconded. Carried 7-0. Several Council members were
optimistic that the developers would address the items outlined at
evidence of that by their next meeting, they would be receptive to
the Finance Committee meeting held earlier. If the Council sees
taking action on this item. Taube moved to defer. Misko seconded.
Carried 7-0.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Sanders presented minutes of Finance Committee Meetings held 11/3
and 11/9 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded. Schneider
explanation of the substantial increase in the annual fee for
requested letter be written to State of Wisconsin requesting an
weights and measures inspections. Taube requested special
Villages' Subdivider's Agreement on page 2 of 11/3 minutes. Motion
consideration of paragraphs referring to discussion of Country Club
to adopt minutes without said paragraph carried. Taube moved to
refer item to Finance Committee. Schneider seconded, carried.
Misko presented minutes of Public Works Committee Meeting held 11/1
and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried.
Plan Commission minutes of 11/2/93 were received and placed on
file.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #251-93 - Approval of Certified Survey Map - Quality Craft
Homes, Inc., Town of Norway. Taube moved for adoption. Woodard
seconded. Carried 5-2 with Misko and Schneider voting "no."

Reso. #252-93 - Resolution Establishing Dog License Fees. Misko
1/1/94: Neutered/Spayed Dog $6; Intact Male/Female Dog $11;
cover the cost of the Waukesha County Rabies Control Program.
Kennels (First 12 Dogs) $41. Fees are being increased by $1 to

to Fund Local Share of Water Quality Monitoring by USGS. Patterson
moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Geological Survey Joint Funding Agreement for Water Resources
Reso. #254-93 - Authorize Execution of Department of the Interior
seconded. Carried 7-0.
Investigation (Lake Denoon). Taube moved for adoption. Sanders
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture (Weights & Measures). Sanders
Reso. #255-93 - Authorizing Agreement Between City of Muskego and
moved for adoption. Misko seconded. Schneider moved to defer
until State responds to inquiry regarding increase in fee. Taube
seconded, carried.
Reso. #256-93 - Authorize Execution of Health Contract for 1994.
Patterson moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Sanders moved to
amend to indicate fees are “per month.“ Taube seconded, carried.
Resolution #256-93, as amended, carried 7-0.
Ord. #818 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego RS-3 to RS-3/0IP - Kurth Park. First Reading.
Ord. #E19 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 24, Section 24.02 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Hours of Operation -
Snowmobiles). First Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL
Patterson moved for approval of Operator‘s License for Linda
Rondeau. Taube seconded. Carried 7-0.
Luebecke (January 8-9, 1994). Taube seconded. Taube moved to

$442,131.85. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$26,684.67. Woodard seconded. Carried 7-0.
