The meeting was called to order at 8:12 P.M. by Mayor De Angelis

Patterson moved for approval of the Common Council minutes of

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Sanders presented minutes of Finance Committee Meetinqs held
June 2 and 8, 1993 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded,
carried.
Schneider presented minutes of Public Works Committee Meeting held
May 26, 1993 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried.
Misko presented minutes of Special Public Works Committee Meeting
held June 8, 1993 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded,
carried.
Plan Commission minutes of meeting held June 1, 1993 were received
and placed on file.
OLD BUSINESS
Ord. #EO0 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 12.02 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Muskego (Licensing of Soda Water Beverages).
Second Reading. Patterson moved for adoption. Schneider
seconded. Misko moved to amend the last two sentences in "License
City Clerk, upon discretion of the Clerk, following application

NEW BUSINESS
Credit-Stoney Creek. Patterson moved for adoption. Misko
Reso. #146-93 - Approval of Developer's Agreement and Letter of
change date in Paragraph 2 from "June 4, 1993" to "June 8, 1993"
seconded. Misko moved to amend Page 1 of the Letter of Credit to

and to add "or otherwise perform obligations of said agreement'' to
the end of the first sentence of the last paragraph and to add "or
obligations" to the end of the last sentence of the last
paragraph. Misko also moved to amend Section XIV (Financial
Guarantee) to add "and all other obligations of the agreement are
satisfied" to the last sentence of that paragraph. Schneider
seconded. The developers were in the audience and stated they
were not opposed. Motion to amend carried 7-0. Resolution
#146-93, as amended, carried 6-1 with Taube voting "no."
Reso. #147-93 - Approval of Certified Survey Map-Kablitz. Dumke
moved for adoption. Schneider seconded. Carried 7-0.
Mayor De Angelis relinquished Chair to Council President Patterson
for consideration of Reso. #148-93.

Estates. Taube moved for adoption. Dumke seconded. Carried

Patterson moved for approval of Operator's License for Jeanne
Karvonen. Dumke seconded. Carried 7-0. Patterson moved for
approval of Temporary Operators' Licenses for Cynthia Nowacki and
Ronald Hammond. Woodard seconded. Carried 7-0.
Patterson moved for approval of "Class B" Beer & Liquor License for
P-K Entertainment d/b/a Patti's Pub, Ken Christensen, Agent.
License is for 1993. Sanders seconded. Patterson voiced
concern. Carried 4-3 with Patterson, Dumke, Sanders, and Woodard
voting "yes" and Misko, Schneider, and Taube voting "no."
Reso. #150-93 - Approval of Various License Applications for th
City of Muskego for the Licensing Period July 1, 1993 to June 3
1994. Patterson moved for adoption. Schneider seconded.
Patterson moved to amend attached list to remove Robert Phelps
(Bayside Inn) and Richard Schaumberg (Schaumberg Suburban House
for further consideration at 6-16-93 Finance Committee Meeting.
Sanders seconded, carried. Resoltuion #150-93, as amended,
carried 7-0.

Patterson moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $224,946.07. Misko seconded. Carried 7-0.
Sanders moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $35,025.30. Schneider seconded. Carried 7-0.
CITY OFFICIALS' REPORTS
A petition has been received to amend Chapter 14, Section 1.5 (2)
of the Floodplain Zoning Ordinance to adopt a revised Official
Floodplain Map for the area of Tess Corners Creek immediately
P.M.
south of College Avenue. The Hearing is set for June 22 at 7:20
