i MINUTES OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING HELD APRIL 20, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 7:02 P.M. by Mayor Salentine,
Also present were Aldermen Patterson, Dumke, Misko, Sanders,
Circuit Judge Marianne Becker.
Schneider, Simmons, Taube, City Clerk Marenda, Attorney Molter, and
Alderman Simmons gave his departing remarks. Mayor Salentine
delivered his outgoing comments to the Council and the City of
Muskego.
Judge Marianne Becker spoke briefly. She administered the oaths of
office to David L. De Angelis, Mayor; Donna M. Woodard, Alderman
District 2; David D. Taube, Alderman District 4; David J. Sanders,
Alderman District 6; Edwin P. Dumke, Alderman District 7.
Each newly elected official made a few comments.
City Clerk Marenda acted as ballot clerk.
Reso. #103-93 - Expressing Appreciation to Wayne G. Salentine.
Patterson moved for adoption. Taube seconded. Carried 7-0.
Resolution and plaque in appreciation of Wayne G. Salentine's
numerous years of service to the City were presented to him.
Reso. #104-93 - Expressing Appreciation to William T. Simmons.
Patterson moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Resolution presented to Mr. Simmons.
Carol J. De Back, CATS Nationwide, Inc., and Joseph and Marie Santi
Reso. #85-93 - Approval of Agreement between City of Muskego,
as to Extension of Enterprise Drive and QMC, Inc. as to Jobs
Guarantee. Patterson moved for adoption. Dumke seconded. Carried
7-0.
ELECTION OF COUNCIL PRESIDENT
On the nominating ballot, the following votes were cast:

Ald. Dumke 1
On the first election ballot, the following votes were cast:
Ald. Patterson 7
Alderman Patterson was elected President of the Common Council.
ELECTION OF COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE TO PLAN COMMISSION
On the nominating ballot, the following votes were cast:

Ald. Schneider 1

On the first election ballot, the following votes were cast:

Ald. Sanders 2
Alderman Taube was elected to serve as Council representative to
the Plan Commission.
ELECTION OF COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE TO LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE
PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT
Mayor noted that the Council representative should reside in the
Lake District.
On the nominating ballot, the following votes were cast:
Ald. Taube 4
Ald. Misko 3
On the first election ballot, the following votes were cast:
Ald. Taube 4
Ald. Misko 3
Alderman Taube was elected to serve as Council representative to
the Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
Mayor De Angelis noted Committee appointments would be made at the
next Common Council meeting to be held April 27, 1993.
Alderman Taube moved to adjourn at 7:35 PM. Alderman Sanders
seconded, carried.
