MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 13, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 8:49 P.M. by Mayor Salentine.
Also present were Aldermen Patterson, Dumke, Misko, Sanders,
Schneider, Simmons, and Taube, City Clerk Marenda, City Attorney
Molter, and Deputy Clerk Blenski.

Patterson moved for approval of the Common Council minutes of
meeting held March 23, 1993. Dumke seconded. Patterson noted
correction to minutes regarding Public Safety Committee minutes in
Paragraph 5 on Page 1. Reference to Paragraph "3" should have
been Paragraph "2. 'I
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Sanders presented minutes of Finance Committee Meeting held
April 13, 1993 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded,
carried.
March 25, 1993 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried.
Schneider presented minutes of Public Works Committee Meeting held
Sanders presented minutes of Public Safety Committee Meeting held
April 8, 1993 and moved for acceptance. Simmons seconded.
Simmons requested individual consideration of last paragraph on
adopt minutes without said paragraph carried. Simmons moved to
Page 1 regarding intersection of Windsor h Saroyan. Motion to
refer said paragraph to Public Safety Committee. Patterson
seconded, carried.
Plan Commission Minutes of meeting held April 6, 1993 were
received and placed on file.
Reso. #84-93 - Recognition of 25 Years of Service - Carol
Stillwell - Police Department. Dumke moved for adoption. Simmons
Carried 7-0.
seconded. Carol was thanked for her dedicated years of service.
Reso. #62-93 - Approval of Certified Survey Map - Muskego
Industrial Park. On the floor, deferred 3/9/93, 3/23/93.
Taube moved to defer. Sanders seconded, carried.
Reso. #71-93 - Resolution as to Revised Preliminary Plat (Plum
Creek Addition #1 and Plum Creek East). Schneider moved for
reconsideration. Patterson seconded, carried. Schneider moved to
defer and refer to Plan Commission. Patterson seconded. Carried
6-1 with Misko casting the one "no" vote.
Ord. #790 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 12.01(7)(b) of the
Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Licensing Sales of
Alcoholic Beverages). On the floor, deferred 3/23/93. Ordinance
adopted 7-0.
Ord. #792 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 17, Section 17:6.09
Ordinance (Quasi-public Informational Signs). Second Reading.
(13) of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego, Zoning
Taube moved for adoption. Dumke seconded. Carried 7-0.

Back, Cats Nationwide, Inc., and Santi as to Extension of
Enterprise Drive. Removed from agenda.
Reso. #86-93 - Award of Bid - Extension of Enterprise Drive.
Dumke moved for adoption. Schneider seconded. Patterson moved to
amend Paragraph 5 to replace the language following "$121,745.00"
becoming an agreement of the parties and the grant being obtained
to read, "contingent upon the passage of Resolution #85-93
by May 15, 1993" and to add to the last paragraph "if the
agreement contained in Resolution #85-93 is made final." Sanders
seconded, carried. Reso. #86-93, as amended, carried 7-0.

Reso. #98-93 - Approval of Preliminary Plat - Le May's Long Lake

Reso. #99-93 - Authorization to Reimburse Certain Employees Who
Elect Not to Participate in the City's Health Insurance Program.
Dumke moved for adoption. Misko seconded. Clarification made that
reimbursement be made to all eligible AFSCME personnel including
employee who had signed Waiver of Insurance on January 1, 1993,
for reimbursement purposes, but because the contract was not
signed, had been included under the City's insurance plan, carried.
Reso.#100-93 - Approval of Park Plan Addendum #1 for the City
of Muskego Parks and Recreation Department. Misko moved for
adoption. Patterson seconded. Carried 7-0.
Kampus, Inc. Dumke moved for adoption. Sanders seconded.
Reso.#101-93 - Approval of Amendment to Contract of Sale - Kids
Patterson moved to amend to add "and make the necessary
clarification concerning change of the date of January 1 to March 1
on line 22 to the Mayor's satisfaction prior to the signing of the
agreement." Misko seconded, carried. Resolution #101-93, as
amended, carried 7-0.
Reso.#102-93 - Approval of Amendment to Contract of Sale -
Voden. Patterson moved for adoption. Dumke seconded. Carried
7-0.
Ord. #793 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (RS-2 and RS-3 to RSM - Heinrich & Boehm). First Reading.
Ord. #794 -An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 18, Section 18:3.8 and
Section 18:ll (Certified Survey Map Review and Minor Land
Divisions and Subdivisions Definitions). First Reading.
Ord. #795 -An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 22, Section 21.21(2),
(3) & (4), of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Sewer
Permits-MMSD). First Reading.
Ord. #796 -An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 22, Section 21.22(2),
Permits-Town of Norway). First Reading.

Patterson moved for approval of Operator's License subject to

VOUCHER APPROVAL
Patterson moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $426,194.73. Dumke seconded. Carried 7-0.
Sanders moved for approval of payment of Utilities Vouchers in the
amount of $40,712.16. Misko seconded. Carried 7-0.
COMMUNICATIONS
City Clerk gave a reminder regarding the Common Council
Organizational Meeting to be held on April 20, 1993 at 7:OO P.M.
Patterson, as President of the Council, thanked Mayor Salentine
for his many years of service.
Misko moved to adjourn at 10:05 P.M. Simmons seconded, carried
