MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 8, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 7:36 P.M. by Mayor
Salentine. Also present were Aldermen Patterson, Dumke, Misko,
Schneider, Simmons, Taube, and Sanders, City Clerk Marenda, and
Attorney Molter.
Patterson moved for approval of the Common Council minutes of
meeting held November 24, 1992. Dumke seconded. Misko noted
correction to minutes that motion to delete Key Nos. 2253.999,
2253.998, and 2253.999.005 from Exhibit A-1 of Ordinance #770
was recorded in error and key numbers should not have been
deleted. Motion carried to adopt minutes as corrected.
The Mayor announced his appointment of Alderman Dumke to the
Future Parkland Standing Committee. He also advised the City
Monitoring Committee. Mayor reported that Frank Ruekert's
is in need of a member to be placed on the Metro Landfill
responsibility to this community from Ruekert & Mielke will be
turned over to Mike Campbell.

held December 2 and 8, 1992 and moved for acceptance.

Taube moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Ord. #770 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City
On the floor, deferred from 11/24/92. Patterson moved to amend
of Muskego as Recommended by the Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
Exhibit A-1 to delete Tax Key Nos. 2177.933 and 2177.934 since
they will be covered under separate Ordinance #776. Misko
seconded, carried. Taube noted Exhibit A-1 should be clarified
to indicate that the rezoning of Key No. 2167.995 from RS-2 to
RS-3 is south of Janesville Road and east of Moorland Road
extended. Ordinance #770, as amended, adopted 7-0.

Reading. Taube moved for adoption. Simmons seconded. Dumke
asked if this venture would be tax exempt and requested
assurances that they would pay their fair share. Patterson
moved to amend Section 1, first sentence, to read: "The
following described property is hereby rezoned from B-2 and
RS-2 to RSM if the following condition is met, as agreed to by
the owners and developer: The construction of a subsidized
senior housing development being pursued by the Allied Senior
Council has begun on or before one year from the date of this
Ordinance. Schneider seconded. Carried 7-0. Sanders moved to
amend Section 1 to change "one year" to "two years ." Schneider
seconded. Carried 5-2 with Patterson and Taube voting "no."

Ord. #774 - An Ordinance to Create Section 9, Section
9.16(4), of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego.

Sanders moved to amend Section 1 (a.) to delete the word
after "21.06(2)" "plus the Debt Service Charge as listed under
"connection" after the word "replacement" on line 5 and to add
Section 21.06(3)." Schneider seconded. Carried 7-0.
Ordinance #775, as amended, adopted 7-0.
Reso. #297-92 - Resolution as to Resolution #204-92 as
Amended to Amend the Final Resolution Levying Special
Assessment #26-89 (De Back). Patterson moved for adoption.
Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.

Simmons moved to adjourn at 9:27 P.M. Schneider seconded,
