MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 13, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 8:53 P.M. by Mayor
Salentine. Also present were Aldermen Patterson, Dumke, Misko,
Schneider, Taube, and Sanders, City Clerk Marenda, and Attorney
Molter. Alderman Simmons was absent.
Patterson moved for approval of the Common Council minutes of
meeting held September 22, 1992. Sanders seconded, carried.
Reso. #249-92 - Honoring Muskego's AFS Student - Daniel
Hermoso Marques. Taube moved for adoption. Misko seconded,
carried 6-0. Resolution presented to Daniel.
Mahringer. Misko moved for adoption. Sanders seconded,
Reso. #250-92 - Honoring Muskego's AFS Student - Marie Luise
carried 6-0. Resolution presented to Marie.
Reso. #215-92 - Approval of Amendment to Subdivider's
Agreement Bay Breeze Condominiums. On the floor, deferred
8/25/92. Patterson moved to amend to add to Paragraph 4,
Clerk by Godfrey & Kahn and dated 10/13/92" and to change
following as amended and approved "and as presented to the
"subject to the approval of the City Attorney" to "subject to
the approval of Mayor upon recommendation of the City Attorney;
the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the same upon
said approval." Taube seconded, carried. Resolution #215-92,
as amended, adopted 6-0.
COMMITTEE MINUTES
Sanders presented Finance Committee minutes of meetings held
9/23/92, 9/30/92, 10/7/92, and 10/13/92 and moved for
acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried.
Schneider presented Public Works Committee minutes of meeting
held 9/24/92 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded.

the developer and not a ploy on the part of the city to avoid

Patterson moved for approval of Operator's Licenses subject to
favorable police reports for Sally Jean Schmidbauer and Michael
approval of amended "Class B" Fermented Malt Beverage ii
Ermisch. Dumke seconded, carried. Patterson moved for
Intoxicating Liquor License for Uncle Thirstys. Sanders
seconded, carried 6-0. Patterson moved for approval of "Class
A" Beer and Liquor License for Piggly Wiggly. Dumke seconded,
carried 6-0.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Patterson moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in
the amount of $1,542,565.24. Dumke seconded. Carried 6-0.
Sanders moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $63,693.46. Schneider seconded. Carried 6-0.
COMMUNICATIONS
The Clerk reported that two groups of 50 students from Bay Lane
Middle School will tour City Hall on Friday, October 16, at
9:00 A.M. and requested a member of the Council to attend in
the Mayor's absence. Patterson and/or Misko indicated an
interest.
The Clerk read a letter from Maxine Hough regarding a public
hearing with the Special Committe on Lakes to be held at
Muskego City Hall on October 26, 1992 at 7:OO P.M. The Special
Committee will meet to hear lake issues.
