MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 26, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:46 P.M. by Mayor Salentine.
Also present were Aldermen Dumke, Patterson, D. Sanders, H. Sanders,
and Taube, Deputy City Clerk Cichocki and Attorney Molter. Excused
were Aldermen Hilt and Simmons.
Dumke moved for approval of the Common Council minutes of meetings
held November 12 and 20, 1991. H. Sanders seconded. Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
H. Sanders presented Finance Committee minutes of meetings held
November 20 and 26, 1991 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded.
Carried.
Taube presented Public Safety Committee minutes of meeting held
November 11, 1991 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded.
Carried.
Patterson presented Rules, Laws, & Ordinance Committee minutes of
meeting held November 13, 1991 and moved for acceptance. Taube
seconded. Carried.
D. Sanders presented Public Utilities Committee minutes of meeting
held November 14, 1991 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded.
Carried.
Taube presented Public Works Committee minutes of meeting held
November 21, 1991 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded. Dumke
clarified that request by Steve Moser and Lynn Kurer for road opening
has been granted and requested that Public Works Committee review
ordinance regarding road excavations. Carried.

Sanders moved for adoption, Dumke seconded. Carried 5-0.

Reso. #308-91 - Approval of Certified Survey Map -- Spitzner. D.
Sanders moved for adoption, H. Sanders seconded. Taube moved to
amend Paragraph 3, line 6, by deleting "no improvements be made to
the outbuildings'' and to add new Paragraph 4: "Be it further

in Paragraph 3, Line 5, should be clarified by inserting it is the

Reso. #313-91 - Amended Final Resolution Levying Special
Assessments Against Benefitted Property and Waiver of Special
Assessment Notices and Hearing Under §66.60(18) -- Terra
Development. D. Sanders moved for adoption, H. Sanders seconded.

Reso. #314-91 - Approval of Extension of Cleaning Service Contract

Dumke moved for adoption, Taube seconded. Taube moved to defer until

for park land. Patterson Seconded. Mayor stated that the Park Board

Reso. #316-91 - Resolution Authorizing the Hiring of an Appraiser

Patterson moved to amend Paragraph 3 to delete "to hire appraisers
for this project" and add "to hire appraiser Fred Graves to perform a
condemnation appraisal not to exceed $1,200." D. Sanders seconded.

Reso. #317-91 - Acceptance of Quote for New Squad Cars. Dumke

VOUCHER APPROVAL
D. Sanders moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $220,471.03. Dumke seconded. Carried 5-0.
