MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD AUGUST 22, 1991
Also present were Aldermen Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, D. Sanders. H.
The meeting was called to order at 8:lO P.M. by Mayor Salentine.
Sanders, Simmons, and City Clerk Marenda. Absent was Alderman Taube.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
H. Sanders presented Finance Committee minutes of meeting held August
22, 1991 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded. Carried.
D. Sanders presented Public Utilities Committee minutes of meeting
held August 22, 1991 and moved for acceptance. Simmons seconded.
Carried.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Reso. #205-91 - Approval of Certified Survey Map (Eiche/Barker
Homes). Hilt moved for reconsideration, Dumke seconded. Carried
approval is given subject to the dedication of the western half of
6-0. D. Sanders moved, H. Sanders seconded to amend to indicate
Parkland Drive right-of-way through the Eiche property from the south
lot line of the proposed Certified Survey Map to the south line of
the City park extended and the full dedication of Parkland Drive from
the south line of the City park extended through the east property to
the north line of the WEPCO right-of-way and the south boundary line
of the Eiche property. The East line of Parkland Drive to be
adjacent to the Pellmann property and to delete the language
concerning the 10-foot bike path easements. Motion carried.
Resolution #205-91 as amended adopted 6-0.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #206-91 - Final Resolution Authorizing Installation of
Sanitary Sewer Improvements and Levying Special Assessments Against
MSS-1-91; Assessment District "SO"). Simmons moved for adoption, D.
Benefited Property -- Valley View Heights Sewer Project (Project
Sanders seconded. Hilt moved to amend the assessment roll in
meeting held August 22, 1991 to correct the assessment roll of Tax
accordance with the Public Utilities Committee minutes of their
Key #2188.010 (K. Purdy) to 117 feet front foot assessment with zero
footage deferred and to delete the assessment for Tax Key #2229.978
(G. Mutza). Carried 6-0. Resolution #206-91 as amended adopted 6-0.
Reso. #207-91 - Final Resolution Authorizing Installation of Water
Improvements and Levying Special Assessments Against Benefited
Property -- Valley View Heights Water Project (Project MW-14-91;
Assessment District "WM"). D. Sanders moved for adoption, Simmons
seconded. Simmons moved to amend the assessment roll in accordance
with the Public Utilities Committee minutes of their meeting held
August 22, 1991 to correct the assessment roll of Tax Key #2188.010
(K. Purdy) to 117 feet front foot assessment with zero footage

deferred and to delete the assessment for Tax Key #2229.978 (G.
