CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 11, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 8:03 P.M. by Mayor Salentine.
Also present were Aldermen Hilt, Patterson, D. Sanders, H. Sanders,
Marenda. Absent was Alderman Dumke.
Simmons, and Taube, and City Attorney Schleiter and City Clerk
Hilt moved for approval of the Common Council minutes of meeting held
May 28, 1991. H. Sanders seconded, carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
H. Sanders presented Finance Committee minutes of meetings held June
5 and June 11, 1991 and moved for acceptance. Hilt seconded, carried.
Simmons presented Public Works Committee minutes of meeting held May
29, 1991 and moved for acceptance, with correction as read. Taube
seconded. Carried.
D. Sanders presented Public Welfare Committee minutes of meeting held
June 6, 1991 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded. D.
Sanders noted the Stone Ridge Committee meeting date was not yet
set. Carried.
Plan Commission minutes of meeting held June 4, 1991 were received
and placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Reso. #loo-91 - Proceedings by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego to Discontinue and Vacate a Road Reservation in the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin. Hilt moved for adoption, H. Sanders seconded.
H. Sanders moved to amend to add new fourth paragraph to read:
being attached to Lots #4 and #5 of the proposed development, said
"Furthermore, this approval is contingent on the land being vacated
land to be divided equally between those two lots to provide access
to Hillendale Drive subject to review and approval by the City
Attorney;" and to amend the last paragraph to delete "that the road
vacation goes to the abutting property owners" and add "as noted in
the above paragraph," and deleting the last sentence. Taube
seconded, carried. H. Sanders moved to further amend to add:
"Furthermore, parcel with Tax Key No. 2177.942.001 being provided an
easement to allow sewer access." Taube seconded, carried 6-0.
Resolution #loo-91 as twice amended, adopted 6-0.

Reso. #101-91 - Proceedings by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin. H. Sanders moved for adoption, Taube seconded.
Carried 6-0.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #144-91 - Establishing Fees in Accordance With Chapter 12.01
(Alcohol Beverage Licensing). Hilt moved for adoption, H. Sanders
seconded. Carried 6-0.

Property Taxes to be Uncollectible. Hilt moved for adoption, H.
Sanders seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso. #147-91 - Approval of Certified Survey Map. D. Sanders moved
for adoption, Simmons seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso. #148-91 - Approval of Revised Preliminary Plat (Hidden
Harbor--Town of Waterford). D. Sanders moved for adoption, Patterson
seconded. Carried 6-0.

Licensing). First Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL
Hilt moved for approval of Operator's Licenses subject to favorable
police reports for Robert Bertram, Dennis Smith, Richard Niemczynski,
Craig Panfil, Jessica Lossman, Kim McGraw, and Barbara Wikel. Taube
seconded. Carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Hilt moved for approval of Gatherinq Permit for Little Muskego Lake
Association -- Lake Fest July 12-14; 1991. Taube seconded, carried.
Hilt moved for approval of Gathering Permit for St. Paul's
Evangelical Lutheran Church -- Picnic August 4, 1991. Simmons
seconded, carried.
Hilt moved for approval of Refuse Haulers Permits for Waste
Management of Milwaukee, Expert Disposal Services Inc, BFI Waste
Systems of Wisconsin, and Best Disposal Systems. D. Sanders
seconded, carried.

Hilt moved for approval of Salvage & Recycling Permit for Kohne
Salvage. Taube seconded, carried.
Hilt moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in the amount
of $310,284.20. H. Sanders seconded. Carried 6-0.
Simmons moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $174,085.98. D. Sanders seconded. Carried 6-0.
CITY OFFICIALS' REPORTS
The Clerk announced that the public hearing on the petition of the
would be held on Tuesday, June 25, 1991 at 7:20 PM.
Common Council to increase the park dedication fee from $325 to $400
Patterson announced that due to the holiday weekend, there will be no
recycling at the Stone Ridge site on Saturday, July 6, 1991.
Taube moved to adjourn at 9:35 P.M. Hilt seconded, carried.
