MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 22, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 8:16 P.M. by Mayor
Salentine. Also present were Aldermen Dumke, Patterson, I).
Sanders, H. Sanders, Simmons and Taube, City Attorney Molter and
City Clerk Marenda. Ald. Hilt was absent.
Dumke moved for approval of the Common Council minutes of January
8, 1991. 11. Sanders seconded, carried.
A Proclamation recognizing City of Muskego residents and
employees serving in Operation Desert Storm presented.
City Auditor Don Vilione presented TIF report.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
January 16 and January 22, 1991, and moved for acceptance. Dumke
H. Sanders presented Finance Committee minutes of meetings held
seconded, carried.
D. Sanders presented Public Utilities Committee minutes of
meeting held January 17, 1991, and moved for acceptance. Simmons
seconded, carried.
D. Sanders presented Public Welfare Committee minutes of January
10, 1991, and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded, carried.

Reso.#l 1-91 - Resolution Approving Final Plat for Lake Forest
(Terra Development). D. Sanders moved for adoption. Simmons
seconded. Patterson moved to amend to add "and easements" after
"Subdivider's Agreement" in third last line. Taube seconded,
carried. Resolution #l 1-91, as amended, carried 6-0.

Reso.#12-91 - Approval of Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of
Credit for Lake Forest. Dumke moved for adoption. H. Sanders
seconded. Mr. Bill Carity requested review of Section XI1 in
order to allow builders for Parade Of Homes and contracted buyers
to obtain building permits prior to all approvals given. After
discussion, Patterson moved to amend to add "and easements" after
"Subdivider's Agreement" in paragraph 3 and to add to last
paragraph "with any technical changes required by the City
Engineer or City Attorney and including changes as to Parade Of
Homes satisfactory to the Mayor". Taube seconded, carried. It
was noted that the Subdivider's Agreement attached to the
resolution is the one dated January 22, 1991. Resolution #12-91,
as amended, carried 6-0.

Muskego/Raab. D. Sanders moved for adoption. Patterson
seconded, carried 6-0.
Reso.Bl4-91 - Approval of Certified Survey Map - City of
Muskego/Seitz. D. Sanders moved for adoption. Dumke seconded,
carried 6-0.
Reso.#15-91 - Approval of Certified Survey Map (Roger Feest). D.
Sanders moved for adoption. H. Sanders seconded, carried 6-0.
Reso.#16-91 - Amendment to 1990 Budget. Dumke moved for
adoption. H. Sanders seconded, carried 6-0.
Reso.#17-91 - Authorizing Execution of the 1991 Labor Agreement
Between the Employees of the Public Works Department and the City
of Muskego. H. Sanders moved for adoption. Dumke seconded,
carried 6-0.
Reso.#18-91 - Designating 1990 Unexpended Capital Project Funds
to be Carried Over Into 1991. Dumke moved for adoption. H.
Sanders seconded, carried 6-0.
Reso.Bl9-91 - Acceptance of Quotes for Sewer Hook-Ups (Serdynski & Richert Properties). D. Sanders moved for adoption. Simmons
seconded. D. Sanders moved to amend to add "BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the above quotes do not include the $500.00
same. Taube seconded, carried. Resolution #19-91, as amended,
connection fee for each and are hereby increased to include the
carried 6-0.
Reso.#20-91 - Approval of Listing Contract - City Owned Land
(Ruby Drive). H. Sanders moved for adoption filling in the
blanks with "Realty Center", "$22,000.00" and "$2,000.00". Dumke
seconded, carried 6-0.

Ord.#705 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (Terra Development). First Reading. D. Sanders moved to
suspend rules to allow Second Reading. Dumke seconded, carried
be the same as attached to the Subdivider's Agreement and marked
6-0. (Second Reading) Taube moved to amend legal description to
"Exhibit A" and to amend Section 111 to add after "passage",
"execution of Subdivider's Agreement and Final Plat by the City
and publication". Patterson seconded, carried 6-0. Ordinance
F705, as amended, adopted 6-0.
LICENSE APPROVAL
H. Sanders moved for approval of Operator's Licenses for Sandra
Albert, Kathy Miller, David Kaminski and Leslie Gumieny subject
to receipt of favorable police reports. Patterson seconded,
carried.
H. Sanders moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers for
$189,853.76. Dumke seconded, carried 6-0.
1990 in the amount of $29,781.10 and for 1991 in the amount of
Simmons moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers for
1990 in the amount of $129,934.66 and for 1991 in the amount of
$9,475.04. D. Sanders seconded, carried 6-0.
Dumke moved to adjourn at 10:55 P.M. Simmons seconded, carried
6-0.
