MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 28, 1990
were Aldermen Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, D. Sanders, H. Sanders,
Called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Mayor Salentine. Also present
Simmons and Taube and City Clerk Marenda.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #272-90 - Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the
Operation of the Government and Administration of the City of
Muskego for the year 1991. Hilt moved for adoption. H. Sanders
seconded. Hilt moved to amend Information Systems Account to
reduce 110.1500.1220 by $631 to $589, and increase Contingency
100.8300.3212 by $631 to $300,631, with these changes reflected
in the Budget Summary reducing General Government Expenditures
for 1991 to $1,046,871 and increasing Unclassified Expenditures
for 1991 to $330,997. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0. Kesolution
#272-90 as amended adopted 7-0.
Reso. #273-90. Approval of the 1991 Capital Budget. Patterson
moved for adoption. D. Sanders seconded, carried 7-0.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
Mayor noted the City of New Berlin has adopted the Soil Erosion
Ordinance.
The Clerk acknowledged receipt of a petition from Craig Lawdanski
an existing home to be used as a duplex, with public hearing
to rezone property on Mystic Drive from KS-2 to RS-2/0D to allow
scheduled for December 11, 1990 at 7:25 p.m., and a petition
from Vilah Davis to rezone property in the NW corner of Section
4 from RS-2 to RS-2/0D to allow the construction of a duplex,
with hearing scheduled for December 11, 1990, at 7:20 p.m. These
petitions were referred to the Plan Commission for review and
recommendation.
Patterson moved to adjourn at 7:40 p.m. Hilt seconded, carried.
