MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 10, 1990
were Aldermen Dumke, Patterson, H. Sanders, Simmons and Taube,
Called to order at 8:11 p.m. by Mayor Salentine. Also present
City Attorney Molter and Deputy City Clerk Zaremba. Aldermen
Hilt and D. Sanders were absent.
Dumke moved for approval of minutes of meeting held June 26,
1990. H. Sanders seconded, carried.
COMMITTEE MINUTES
H. Sanders presented Finance Committee minutes of July 10, 1990
and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried.
Taube presented Public Works Committee minutes of June 26, 1990
and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried.
Patterson presented Public Safety Committee minutes of July 5,
1990 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried.
Taube presented Rules, Laws h Ordinance Committee minutes of July
5, 1990 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded, carried.
Plan Commission minutes of June 19 and July 3, 1990 were received
and placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Ord.#683 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (Wanasek/Wolf - RS-l/B-2 to 1-1) Second reading.
Simmons moved for adoption. Taube seconded, carried 5-0.
Ord.i/684 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (Mutza - R-1 to RS-2) Second reading. H. Sanders moved
for adoption. Simmons seconded. With the Council's permission,
Mrs. Jeanne Zangerle addressed the Council and asked that they
consider the traffic on Hillendale, since there is more traffic
on the road than the present homes would suggest. Ordinance #684
adopted 5-0.
Ord.i/685 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (T.C.V.F.D. - RS-3 to RS-3/OIP) Second reading. Dumke
moved for adoption. Patterson seconded, carried 5-0.

Muskego (A to RS-2) First reading.
Ord.//689 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (R-2 to RS-2) First reading.
Ord.#690 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (R1 to RS-1) First reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL
H. Sanders moved for approval of operator's licenses for Theresa
Taube seconded, carried.
Green and David Wilkowski, subject to favorable police reports.
H. Sanders moved for aproval of "Class B" Fermented Malt Beverage
& Intoxicating Liquor License for Charlene L. Budish (Bayside),
subject to Mrs. Budish obtaining a valid seller's permit number,
and Mrs. Adrienne Hansen relinquishing her license. Taube
seconded, carried 5-0.
H. Sanders moved for approval of "Class B" Fermented Malt
Beverage & Intoxicating Liquor License for Adrienne Hansen
(Adie's Bayside Inn), subject to Mrs. Hansen obtaining a valid
her license, carried 5-0.

the amount of $200,097.22. Dumke seconded, carried 5-0.
Simmons moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $48,374.60. Taube seconded, carried 5-0.

COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUS INESS AS AUTHOR ,IZED BY LAW
The Deputy Clerk acknowledged receipt of a petition from Donald
Miller requesting rezoning of property in the NE and SE 1/4 of
Section 16 from RS-l/L (Lowlands) to RS-3 to allow single family
rsidential development, with hearing scheduled for July 24, 1990
at 7:20 p.m. Petition referred to Plan Commission for review and
recommendation.
Atty. Molter reported that July 23, 1990 has been set as the
deadline date for the DNR to respond to wetland concerns with
regard to Emerald Park.
Mayor Salentine stated that the Common Council minutes of May 22,
1990 inadvertently omitted the words "whichever occurs first"
from Ordinance /I679 (Kurer - RSA to RSM). Patterson moved to
correct minutes of May 22, 1990 to include omitted words.
Simmons seconded, carried.
Mayor Salentine reported that it is anticipated that the Schultz
Lane road project will be started this Fall. 0 Patterson moved to adjourn at 9:02 p.m. Taube seconded, carried.
