MINUTES OF MEETING HELD P SRIL 24, 1990
Called to order at 7:43 p.m. by Mayor Salentine. Also present
were Aldermen Dumke, Hilt, D. Sanders, H. Sanders, Simmons, and
Taube, City Attorney Molter and City Clerk Marenda. Ald.
Patterson was absent.
Hilt moved for approval of minutes of meeting held April 10 and
17, 1990. Dumke seconded, carried.
Atty. Molter introduced Atty. Rick Trindl, the newest member of
their law firm.
The Clerk read proclamations honoring American Legion Poppy
Month, (May, 1990); VFW Buddy Poppies, (May 13-19, 1990); GreenUp
Muskego Day (May 19, 1990), and the Federated Women's Club 100th
Anniversary.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
The Mayor presented his Committee appointments for 1990-91.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
H. Sanders presented Finance Committee minutes of April 18 and
24, 1990 and moved for acceptance. Hilt seconded, carried.
D. Sanders presented Public Safety Committee minutes of April 16,
1990 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried.
D. Sanders presented Public Utilities Committee minutes of April
19, 1990 and moved for acceptance. H. Sanders seconded, carried.
Simmons presented Public Welfare Committee minutes of April 23,
1990 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried.
Plan Commission minutes of April 17, 1990 were received and
placed on file.

Hilt stated the Plan Commission felt by allowing four additional
units under a PUD, the Plan Commission can require berming and
wider offsets and the abutting property owners agreed. Simmons
Commission to approve a PUD. Motion to adopt carried 5-1, with

Reso.1195-90 - Resolution Approving Participation in the State Aid
Grant Program. H. Sanders moved for adoption. D. Sanders
seconded, carried 6-0.
Reso.196-90 - Resolution Approving Agreement with Waukesha County
seconded, carried 6-0. It was noted that the County had
Data Processing Services. Hilt moved for adoption. Dumke
committed to providing the same services as SEWRPC currently
provides at a cost not to exceed that of SEWRPC.
Reso.//97-90 - Authorizing Expenditure of Funds for Industrial
Park Promotion. H. Sanders moved for adoption. Hilt seconded,
carried 6-0.

LICENSE APPROVAL
Rockwell, Norman Keeker, James Abramczyk, Timothy Denman, Jason H. Sanders moved for approval of operator's licenses for Scott
Rauch, Charles Jam, and Charles Gagliano subject to receipt of
favorable police reports. Hilt seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
H. Sanders moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in
the amount of $238,623.81. Hilt seconded, carried 6-0.
Hilt moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $133,677.92. Simmons seconded, carried 6-0.

COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
Atty. Molter reported that an appraiser has been hired to
Lake/Park/Richerds Drives water project, putting said project on
appraise the property for the Struck easement in the

The Kurer property proposed offer to sell to the City has been
received pertaining to the Schultz Lane project.
Mayor reported that he has been advised that the landfill
legislation language to limit landfills in the City of Muskego
will not be vetoed by Governor Thompson.
