MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 12, 1988. c
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:51 P.M. Also present
Taube, Deputy Clerk Paquin and City Attorney Molter. Alderman
were Aldermen Dumke, Patterson, Penovich, Repischak, Sanders,
Hilt was absent.
Penovich moved, Patterson seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held June 28, 1988. Carried.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE
Don Vilion of Conley, McDonald h Sprague presented the 1987 Audit
Review.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
held July 6 and July 12, 1988. Dumke seconded, carried.
Penovich moved to accept Minutes of Finance Committee Meetings
Sanders moved to accept Minutes of Public Works Committee meeting
held July 7, 1988. Sanders seconded, carried.
0 Plan Commission Minutes of July 5, 1988 were received and placed
on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Ord.#616 - An Ordinance to Create Chapter 32 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Muskego (Fire Prevention Code Automatic
Sprinkler Protection in the City of Muskego). Second Reading.
Dumke moved for adoption. Repischak seconded. Motion carried
6-0.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso.#164-88 - Approval of Certified Survey Map (Coates - Town of
Motion carried 6-0.
Reso.#165-88 - Approval of Amendment to Offer to Purchase (Hamm-
Industrial Park Addn. No. 1). Penovich moved for adoption.

Reso.Wl66-88 - Approval of Offer to Purchase (Wolverton-
Industrial Park Addn. No. 1 ). Dumke moved for adoption.

Reso.fl167-88 - Resolution Closing Escrow Accounts Provided for
the Disposition of Contracted Funds that were Designated for Tax
Incremental Financing. Penovich moved for adoption. Repischak
seconded, carried 6-0.
Reso.Al69-88 - Authorizing Expenditure of Park Dedication Fees
(Recreational Trail). Patterson moved for adoption. Taube
seconded, carried 6-0.
Reso.tl70-88 - Approval of Agreement Between the City of Muskego
and Wisconsin Electric Power Company (Recreational Trail).
Penovich moved for adoption. Taube seconded. Penovich moved to
amend by adding to the fourth paragraph, "and the phasing in of
portion of the trail developed and open to the public, in the
all maintenance and insurance requirements to correspond to that
City of Muskego, as a Recreational Trail." Seconded by
Repischak, carried. Resolution #170-88 as amended adopted 6-0.
Reso.#171-88 - Resolution to Evaluate PSC Established Rates for
City of Muskego Water Utility. Sanders moved for adoption.
Penovich seconded, carried 6-0.
Ord.#617 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 8, Section 8.04 (8) of
the Municipal Code (Street Excavation). First Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Linda Schaumberg, Jeff Oszakiewski, and Wendy Watson. Repischak
Licenses for Karen Peterson, Judith Krzyzewski, Sharon Radler,
seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of a Refuse Hauling Permit for
Moeller Disposal, Inc. Repischak seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of a Waterway Marker Permit for Aud-
Mar Supper Club. Sanders seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Class B Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License for Carol Couillard (Carol's
Place). Taube seconded, carried 6-0.
Mobil Service. Repischak seconded, carried 6-0.
Penovich moved for approval of Class A Beer License for Ronnie's
Jack Glockner. Dumke seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of a Salvage & Recycling Permit for
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in the amount of $237.717.72. Dumke seconded,
carried 6-0.

amount of $27,295.16. Repischak seconded, carried.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Deputy Clerk announced 2 public
Ruby Drive.
hearings on July 26: NiemanfKlenz Rezoning Request and Vacating
Attorney Molter recommended placing Ordinance #615 on 7/26/88
