MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 28, 1988.
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:30 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Dumke, Hilt, Penovich, Repischak, Sanders, Taube.
Arriving at 7:38 P.M. were City Clerk Marenda, Attorney Molter
and Alderman Patterson.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich moved to accept Minutes of Finance Committee Meetings
held June 22 and June 28, 1988. Hilt seconded, carried.
Hilt moved to accept Minutes of Public Works Committee meeting
held on June 16, 1988. Sanders seconded, carried.
Plan Commission Minutes of June 21, 1988 were received and placed
on file.

Reso.#150-88 - Resolution Amending Offer to Purchase Groveway
Lot. Dumke moved for adoption. Penovich seconded. Motion
carried 7-0.
Reso.#151-88 - Approval of Various License Applications for the
City of Muskego for the Licensing Period July 1, 1988 to June 30,
1989. Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt seconded. Motion
carried 7-0.
Reso.#152-88 - Appointment of Members to Capital Budgeting
Committee. Dumke moved for adoption. Hilt seconded. Motion
carried 7-0.
Reso.#153-88 - Appointment of Citizen Members to Library Board.
Repischak moved for adoption. Sanders seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.1154-88 - Acceptance of Quote, Utility Vehicle. Sanders
moved for adoption. Repischak seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.#155-88 - Approval of Preliminary Plat, Meadow Green West.
Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt seconded. Penovich moved to
amend by adding: "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is
subject to developer obtaining rezoning that would be necessary
to develop the preliminary plat in this manner and obtaining

approval of a developers agreement with the City; and, by
approving this preliminary plat, the City specifically reserves
the right not to amend the zoning." Seconded by Patterson,

Suburban House (July 14, August 10, Sept. 8 and October 9, 1988 - Penovich moved for approval of a Special Permit for Schaumberg
with rain date for week following each event). Hilt seconded,
carried.

Sanders moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $21,452.00. Repischak seconded, carried.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Finalized discussion of Interaction
between Council and Clerk's Office with Council agreeing that it
be placed on file.
Alderman Hilt announced that Parks and Recreation's annual parks
Aldermen to attend.
