MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 22, 1988
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich,
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:58 P.M. Also present
Sanders and Taube, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter.
Penovich moved, Dumke seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 3/8/88. Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
3/16/88 and 3/22/88 and moved for acceptance. Hilt seconded,
carried.
Hilt presented minutes of Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee
meeting held 3/7/88 and moved for acceptance. DeAngelis
seconded. This committee and Welfare Committee will review the
landfill ordinance at their 4/14/88 meetings. Motion carried.

Patterson presented minutes of Public Water Committee meeting
Taube presented minutes of Public Welfare Committee meeting held
3/17/88 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded, carried.
Taube presented minutes of Public Works Committee meeting held
3/17/88 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded. Dumke noted
that the plan for Meadow Green West was recommended for curb and
gutter, with Plan Commission to determine if they will permit
smaller lot sizes. Carried.
Minutes of Plan Commission meeting held 3/15/88 were received and
placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Ord.#601 - An Ordinance to Anend Chapter 2, Section 2.09(l)(f)
and (g) of the Municipal Code (Committee on Public Utilities).
Hilt moved to amend Section 4 to add effective date of April 19,
Second Reading. Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt seconded.
6-1 with Taube voting "no".
1988. Sanders seconded, carried. Ord. 11601 As Amended adopted
Ord.11602 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (F.Narlock - R-l/Lowland to RS-2). Second Reading.
Penovich moved for adoption. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0.
Chairman Salentine turned the chair over to President of the
Chief on the phone.

County-wide 911 Emergency Phone System. Hilt moved for adoption. Patterson seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.163-88 - Amendment to Final Resolution 1\61-88 Authorizing
Installation of Water Improvements and Levying Special
Assessments Against Benefitted Property as to the Glenn and Ruth
Pellmann Property and Waiver of Special Assessment Notices and
Hearings Under §66.60(18) (Bay Lane Water Project-Assessment District "WE"). Hilt moved for adoption. Sanders seconded,
carried 7-0.
Reso.#64-88 - Denial of Claim (J.Schams). Dumke moved for
adoption. Hilt seconded, carried 7-0.

Land for Sale by John Ingersoll (Muskego Business/Industrial Park). Penovich moved for adoption. Dumke seconded, carried

Ord.#603 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Muskego (Plumbing Code). First Reading.
Ord.11604 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 12.16 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Muskego (Swimming Pool Fees). First Reading.
Ord.11605 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 25, Section 25.04 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Muskego. First Reading.
Ord.#606 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 12, Sections 12.01 (5)
and (6) (Alcoholic Beverages). First Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of operator's
licenses for Edith Kramer. Gordon Schmeichel and John Huber,
Jr. Hilt seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Class B Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License for Pat Manuel and Carol Weiland
(North Palm Beach), SllO W20772 South Denoon Road. Dumke
seconded, carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of Alarm System Permit for James
Tilidetzke, W180 56666 Muskego Drive. Hilt seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
carried 7 -0.
Sanders moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers
in amount of $949,077.19. Taube seconded, carried 7-0.
Hilt moved for approval of payment of Water Utility Vouchers in
amount of $50.22. Patterson seconded, carried 7-0.

CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Clerk Stewart announced public hearing
on 4/12/88 at l:L5 P.M. regarding amendments to zoning ordinance regarding fees.
The Mayor was directed to ask the county if a holding tank may be
allowed on a property where the existing structure may be removed
and a new structure constructed.
