MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 9, 1988
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:55 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Penovich, Sanders and
Taube, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter. Ald. Patterson
was absent.
Penovich moved, Hilt seconded, to approve minutes of meeting held
1/26/88. Carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE -
Proclamation commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding
of the Loyal Order of Moose accepted by Steve Panich of Muskego
Lodge 1057.
A film on composting presented by Rep. Lepak will be aired on
Cable Channel 32 at 6:30 P.M. on 2/23/88.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
2/3/88 and 2/9/88 and moved for acceptance. Dude seconded,
carried.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Works Committee meeting held
1/28/88 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried.
Committee meeting held 2/1/88 and moved for acceptance. Taube
DeAngelis presented minutes of Rules, Laws and Ordinance
seconded, carried.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Safety Committee meeting held
2/4/88 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Reso.1116-88 - Approval of Maintenance Agreement with COS
(Building Inspection Copier). On floor, deferred 1/26/88.
Deputy Clerk noted negotiated cost reduced to .01 per copy.
Motion carried 6-0.
Ord.11595 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (Hillendale Area - R-1 to RS-2). Second Reading.
Penovich moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Penovich moved

LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Licenses for Kristin Treba and James Putze subject to favorable
police reports. Hilt seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $133,148.36. Dumke seconded,
carried 6-0.
Sanders moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in amount of $94,888.78. Hilt seconded, carried 6-0.
Hilt moved for approval of payment of Water Utility vouchers in
amount of $2,451.64. Sanders seconded, carried 6-0.

e CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Molter reported suit filed by Henry
Herdeman on drainage problem and action tendered to insurance
company.
Dumke responded to Taube's comments in The Sun noting that he had
done much research before deciding to request a three-month
deferment before acting on the multi-family REC chart amendment.
ADJOURNMENT - Hilt moved to adjourn at 8:53 PM. Penovich
seconded, carried.
