Project - Ladwig Drive. DeAngelis moved for adoption. Hilt
seconded. DeAngeis moved to amend to add: "Be it further
resolved that this project shall encompass that portion of Ladwig
Drive involved with the Ladwig Drive Sewer Project". Taube
seconded, carried. Resolution #233-87 As Amended adopted 7-0.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Licenses for Linda Norman, Mike Michalski and Tim Koelpin. Dumke
seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $501,540.12. Hilt seconded,
carried 7-0. a Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in amount of $96,135.64. Sanders seconded, carried 7-0.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Clerk announced two public hearings on
delete floodplain designation.
11/24/87 - County rezoning request and amending zoning map to
Molter presented follow-up on Marino matter; noted erosion
control provisions will now be included in Subdivider's
Agreements; and, advised controlled access policy for sewer and
water are being reviewed.
Patterson invited Aldermen to attend Welfare meeting on 11/11/87
to review continuation provisions of Waste Management contract.
Mayor clarified policy of Council that Aldermen, Department Heads
or Mayor can place any item on any agenda, with it being their
responsibility to provide the necessary documentation.
ADJOURNMENT - Dumke moved to adjourn at 11:09 P.M. Hilt
seconded, carried.
