MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 8, 1987
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:30 P.M. Also present'
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich,
Sanders and Taube, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter.
Penovich moved, Dumke seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 8/25/87. Carried.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE - Don Vilione of the City's Auditing firm of
Conlev. McDonald, Spraaue & Co. reviewed the 1986 Audit noting
the City was in a sound financial position.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
9/2/87 and 9/8/87 and moved for acceptance. Hilt seconded,
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
carried.
Taube presented minutes of Public Works Committee meeting held
8/27/87 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried.
Plan Commission minutes of meeting held 9/2/87 were received and
placed on file.

Ord.#561 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code
Wetland District). Atty. Molter reported that after his review
of the City of Muskego to add Section 8.175 (SW - Shoreland-
with G.Kovacs there appears to be some substance changes
required, and they are working with the DNR. Penovich moved for
reconsideration. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0. Penovich moved to
defer. Patterson seconded, carried.
Ord.#582 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 16, Section l6.01(1),
Muskego Municipal Code (Plumbing Code). Second reading. Hilt
moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. DeAngelis moved to defer
and refer to Safety Committee for review. Patterson seconded,
carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso.#l86 - 87
(Darl Honl). Penovich moved for adoption. Taube seconded. The
- Appointment of Citizen Member to Plan Commission
Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee will be asked to establish a
procedure for introduction/interview of future appointments to
committees, boards and commissions. Carried 7-0.
Reso.#187-87 - Approval of Agreement Between the City and Conley,
McDonald, Sprague and Company for Audit Service (General Fund).
Penovich moved for adoption. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0.

Reso.tl93-87 - Approval of Change Order (Wentland Dr. Sewer) Hilt
moved for adoption. Penovich seconded, carried 7-0.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Licenses for Dennis McLaughlin, Lorraine A. Kasprzak, Rebecca L.
Teresa A. Heim, Thomas A. Strong, Rhonda L. Lindner. Dumke
Schmitz, Carole J. Biwer, Dawn M. Zarnowski, Danny A. Serdyn,
seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Gathering Permit for St. Leonard
for Bingo dates from September 13, 1987 thru May 22, 1988.
Sanders seconded, carried 7-0.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
carried 7-0.
General Vouchers in amount of $184,347.26. Patterson seconded,
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in amount of $4,912.77. Sanders seconded, carried 7-0.

CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Taube reported on the Little Muskego
Lake District Annual Meeting.
Clerk announced Public Hearing would be held 9/22/87 at 7:25 P.M.
Hillendale from RS-2 to B-2 for commercial development.
to consider request of John Michaels to rezone his property on
ADJOURNMENT - Hilt moved to adjourn at 8:30 P.M. Penovich
seconded, carried.
