Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
8/5/87 and 8/11/87 and moved for acceptance. Hilt seconded.
Minutes clarified to grant S.Dunahee a one-month extension to
take her 1987 vacation. Carried.

Inc.). Patterson moved to defer. Taube seconded, carried 4-3
with DeAngelis, Patterson, Sanders and Taube voting "yes" and
Dumke, Hilt and Penovich voting "no".

Reso.#166-87 - Appointment of Members to Capital Budgeting
Committee. Dumke moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded,
carried 7-0.
Reso.Bl67-87 - Resolution Authorizing Waukesha County Housing
Authority to Provide Section 8 Rental Assistance Within The City
of Muskego. Hilt moved for adoption. Penovich seconded, carried
7-0.
Reso.#168-87 - Clarifying Purchase of Water Meters. Hilt moved
for adoption. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0.

Holtz). Penovich moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded. It
was noted that approval included waiving the park dedication
fee. Carried 7-0.
Reso.Bl70-87 - Approval of Certified Survey Map (Leonard E.
Lewins) - Town of Waterford. Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt
seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.#171-87 - Approval of Certified Survey Map (Joseph/Karen
Pinter) - Town of Norway. Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt
seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.#172-87 - Approval of Preliminary Plat - Parkside Heights
Subdivision (Town of Norway). Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt
seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.#173-87 - Resolution Updating Certain Right-Of-Ways
Surrounding Little Muskego Lake to be Public Right-of-Ways.
Patterson moved for adoption. Taube seconded. Patterson advised
maintenance for all lake access sites to the Parks Board, but
this resolution officially designates the responsibility for
anticipated. Carried 7-0.

Liquor License for Parkside Tavern for August 29, 1987 from 1:00
P.M. to 1O:OO P.M. Patterson seconded, carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of Special Permit and Amended Class B
Liquor License for Lembezeder Cook VFW Post for August 29, 1987
from 8:OO A.M. to 10:30 P.M. Sanders seconded, carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of a Gathering Permit for 9/13/87 for
the Icetronauts at Hwy. Y and Woods Rd. DeAngelis seconded,
carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Alarm Sysem Permits for Bonnie
Bienert, George P. Schick and Regina Caturia. Patterson
seconded, carried.

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $148,942.09. Hilt seconded,
carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in amount of $132,086.57. Sanders seconded, carried 7-0.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Atty. Molter reported a lawsuit has
been filed on the Yaeger claim. Matter to be reviewed at next
Finance Committee meeting.
Atty. Molter advised the main brief has been filed in the Marino
arbitration and a decision should be given in 60 days.
MISCELLANEOUS - Clerk was directed to invite City's auditor to
present audit at a future Council meeting.
Ald. Taube volunteered to serve on the Negotiating Committee for
the Waste Management proposed expansion of the landfill site in
Muskego to replace former Ald. Tomczyk.
Recreation Supv. was requested to prepare a short program to
commemorate the 200th anniversary of the signing of the
constitution for presentation at a Council meeting in September.
ADJOURNMENT - Hilt moved to adjourn at 8:30 P.M. Sanders
seconded, carried.
