MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 23, 1987
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:44 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich,
Sanders and Taube, Deputy Clerk Marenda and City Atty. Molter.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor reported on Public Hearing held in New Berlin regarding the
Moorland Road Extension. The New Berlin Plan Commission will
review for recommendation on July 6, and the New Berlin Common
Council will take action on July 14 on the mapping of the
Moorland Road extension.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meeting held
6/17/87 and 6/23/87 and moved for acceptance. Hilt seconded,

Reso.Bl25-87 - Resolution Indicating City's Present Intent to
ApDrove the Concept of RS-3 (OPD) Zoning Proposed by R. Klenz for
the H. DeBack Property. Penovich moved-for adoption. Hilt
seconded. Hilt moved to amend adding "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
that the rezoning petition is hereby amended to delete the
approximately 2.2 acre leg in the southwest corner of the
proposal, pursuant to the request of Robert Klenz". Patterson
seconded, carried 7-0. Reso. #125-87 (As Amended) adopted 6-1,
with Taube casting the only dissenting vote. A policy was set
whereby no resolution or ordinance will appear on the agenda the
same night as a public hearing, except for extenuating
circumstances.
Reso.#126-87 - Approval of Final Plat and Subdivider's Agreement
(R. Boehm-Meadow Green). Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt
seconded. Patterson moved to amend to add to the last paragraph,
"and subject to the approval of the City Engineer and City
attorney^" and to the second to last paragraph, "and contingent on
City Engineer's approval". Sanders seconded, motion carried 7-
0. Reso. fll26-87 (As Amended) adopted 7-0.
Reso.Wl27-87- Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent to Exercise
Special Assessment Police Powers Under Sec. 66.60, Wis. Stats. As
to Sanitary Sewer Assessment Area for Project MSS-4-87
Hilt seconded, carried 7-0.
