MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 14, 1987
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich,
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 9:OO P.M. Also present
Sanders and Taube, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter.
Hilt moved, Penovich seconded to approve minutes of meetings held
3/24/87 and 3/31/87. Carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE
Proclamation - Muskego Day at the Brewers (6/28/87), accepted by
Pete Og1.evie of the Jaycees.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich moved to accept minutes of Finance Committee meeting
held 4/8/87. Dumke seconded, carried.
Patterson moved to accept minutes of Public Water Committee
meeting held 3/26/87. Hilt seconded, carried.
Sanders moved to accept minutes of Public Safety Committee
meeting held 4/1/87. Taube seconded, carried.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Works Committee meeting held
4/9/87 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded, carried.

NEW BUSINESS
Reso.#51-87 - Appointment to Future Parkland Development, Inc.
Standing Committee. DeAngelis moved for adoption. Sanders
seconded, carried 7-0.
Election of Council Representative to Future Parkland Standing
Committee. On the nominating ballot, the following votes were
cast: DeAngelis - 5 and Dumke - 1, with 1 abstention. On the
first election ballot DeAngelis received 7 votes and was elected
unanimously. Mayor request DeAngelis initiate the first meeting
on behalf of the City.
Reso.#52-87 - Approval of Certified Survey Map - Brauch.

of the sewers by the DNR and MMSD." Penovich seconded,

Sewer Project). Penovich moved for adoption. Sanders seconded,
to Sanitary Sewer Assessment Area for Project MSS-3-87 (Wentland

Trust. Hilt moved for adoption. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.#57-87 - Authorizing the Advertising of Bids for Official
Newspaper for City of Muskego. Penovich moved for adoption.

Reso.1158-87 - Authorizing the Advertising for Rids for Road
Materials for the 1987 Road Improvement Program. DeAngelis moved
for adoption. Penovich seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.1159-87 - Approval of Maintenance Agreement with Copy Plus,
Inc. (P. D. Copier). Patterson moved for adoption. Hilt
seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.1160-87 - Approval of Holding Tank Agreement (Future Parkland
Development, Inc.). Patterson moved for adoption. Taube
seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.#61-87 - Appointment of Weed Commissioner for the City of
Muskego (Willard Bertram). Dumke moved for adoption. DeAngelis
seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso. 1\62-87 - Declaring Certain Weeds to be Noxious in the City
of Muskego. Patterson moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded,
carried 7-0.
Ord. #566 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 1, Section 1.05(4) of
the Municipal Code (Board of Housing Appeals). 1st Reading.
Ord. 11567 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (Eiche - RS-2 to B-2/RSM). 1st Reading.
Ord. 11568 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (Klenz/Salentine - RS-2 OPD to B-2/RSM). 1st Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
License for Brian Wegner. Hilt seconded, carried.

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $169,576.81. Dumke seconded,
carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in amount of $52,665.38. Sanders seconded, carried 7-0.

CITY OFFICIAL’S REPORTS - Clerk noted Public Hearings would be
held on 4/28/87 on Parking of Trucks and Masterson’s rezoning
request .
Taube noted that any information pertaining to damage of the
Clean-Flo aeration system on Little Muskego Lake should be
reported to 679-3146.
ADJOURNMENT - Hilt moved to adjourn at 9:42 P.M. Patterson
seconded, carried.
