MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 24, 1987
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:30 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich,
Sanders and Taube, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter.
Penovich moved, Dumke seconded to approve minutes of meeting held
3110187. Carried.
INTRODUCTION AND OATH OF OFFICE
Police Officers Timothy G. Esser and David J. Constantineau were
sworn in by City Clerk Stewart.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
3/18/87 and moved for acceptance. Hilt seconded, carried.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Safety Committee held 3/11/87
and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried.
Patterson presented minutes of Rules, Laws and Ordinance
Committee and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Sewer Committee and moved for
acceptance. Penovich seconded, carried.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Municipal Code (Bail Bond Schedule) Second reading. Dumke moved
Ord. 1/564 An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 1, Section 1.06 of the
for adoption. Patterson seconded, carried 7-0.
Ord. #565 An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (Lincoln Point-RS-2(0HS) to B-2) Second reading. Penovich
moved for adoption. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. C40-87 Approval of Certified Survey Map (Reinke) - removed
from agenda.
Reso. 1/41-87 Approval of Certified Survey Map (Oschmann).
DeAngelis moved for adoption. Hilt seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso. 1/42-87 Approval of Maintenance Agreement-Gordon Flesch
(Typewriter). Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt seconded,
carried 7-0.

Reso #43-87 Approval of Lease Between Keith and Wendy Bennett and
Cityego (Idle Isle Park Pavilion). Patterson moved for
adoption. Taube seconded. Alderman DeAngelis moved to defer for
a three week period to have Park and Recreation review the lease
further with the City Attorney. The motion failed for lack of a
second. Carried 6-1 with DeAngelis voting "no1'.
Res?. #44-87 Authorize City En ineers to Bid By-Pass Generator YrOJeCt. renovich moved for a 9 option. Hilt seconded, carried
7-0.
LICENSE APPROVAL Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Licenses for Michael Schoba, Steve Walker, Sandra Anderson;
Debbie Pahle. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of alarm permit for Jerry Siegel.
Patterson seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of alarm permit for George Balian.
Sanders seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL Penovich moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $431,371.48. Dumke seconded,
carried 7-0. A correction was noted that the amount should be
seconded, carried 7-0.
$431,439.18 for payment. Penovich moved for adoption. Patterson
Penovich moved for payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $1,021,028.98. Sanders seconded, carried 7-0.
CITY OFFICIALS' REPORTS
March 31, 1987 regarding the final assessment for the water
City Clerk Stewart noted the Special Common Council Meeting of
utility.
Mayor Salentine noted the April 6 meeting of the New Berlin
Common Council regarding the Moreland Road extension.
Alderman DeAngelis noted the extension of the Franklin landfill
meeting will be held April 1, 1987 at 7:00P.M.(closed meeting)
and April 20, 1987 at 6:30P.M. (open meeting). With regard to
the Emerald Park landfill - the DNR would investigate the
wetlands on the Weseljak farm.
