and Intoxicating Liquor License for Consiglio Cirillo (Caradaro
Club). Dumke seconded, carried 5-0.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $309,168.07. Dumke seconded,
carried 5-0.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in the amount of $53,861.46. Sanders seconded, carried 5-0.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Notice of Public Hearing for Amendment
to Chaoter 17 of the Municinal Code. Shoreland/Wetland. to be
held oh 12/9/86 at 7:20 P.ML.
Mayor commented on Judge McGraw's favorable decision in the FLOW
issue.
