Penovich moved, Hilt seconded, to approve minutes of meeting held 10/14/86. Carried. COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE Proclamation on "Safe Homes Project" presented to Bob Kreuser, representative of The Chemical People Task Force. COMMITTEE REPORTS Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meeting held 10/15/86 and 10/22/86 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried. Sanders presented minutes of Public Safety Committee meeting held 10/20/86 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried. Penovich moved for approval of Alarm Permits for Jeffrey A. Jung, Gerald Kozey, Richards Meats and Value Village, with fee waived for Value Village. Dumke seconded, carried. VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in amount of $169.141.12. Sanders seconded CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - The Mayor noted that the City was well represented at the Marino arbitration hearing by Atty. Riffle, and that the hearing will continue in the spring. DeAngelis requested that the City Attorney submit an opinion on prohibiting the parking of trucks and semi-trailers on the streets in the City after 9:00 P.M. Taube asked that research be done on allowing the parking of trucks for a fee on the 16 acres in the Industrial Park which are unbuildable. ADJOURNMENT - Hilt moved to adjourn at 9:37 P.M.
