MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 23, 1986
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich,
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:38 P.M. Also present
Sanders and Taube, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter.
Penovich moved, Dumke seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 9/9/86. Carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE
Proclamation recognizing the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department for 60 years of service presented to Fire Chief E. J.
Salentine.
Proclamation recognizing the industries located in the City and
announcing "Industrial Appreciation Days" on October 31st and
November lst, 1986, presented to Chamber of Commerce
representatives Jack Spoerl and Jim Haag.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
9/17/86 and 9/23/86 and moved for acceptance. Hilt seconded,
carried.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Safety Committee meeting held
9/11/86 and moved for acceptance. DeAngelis read report from
Building Inspector regarding Bayside tavern. Motion carried.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Works Committee meeting held
noted that the developer's of Durhamswood had agreed that the 9/18/86 and moved for acceptance. DeAngelis seconded. Dumke
proposed road would not connect to Freedom Acres #I. Minutes
will be amended at next meeting. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso.t210-86 - Amendment to Resolution Authorizing Wedging Work -
Ladwig Drive Sewer Project. Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt seconded, carried 6-0 with Patterson voting "no".
Reso.#211-86 - Requesting Legislators to revise Wisconsin's mediation-Arbitration Law. Dumke moved for adoption. Patterson
seconded, carried 7-0.

Verburgt. DeAngelis moved for adoption. Penovich seconded,
carried 7-0.
Reso.#218-86 - Resolution as to Assessment of the Verburgt
Property. Penovich moved for adoption. Sanders seconded,
carried 7-0.
Reso.#219-86 - Resolution Approving Execution of Memorandum of
Understanding - Department of Natural Resources. Dumke moved for
Memorandum to delete No. 7. Hilt seconded, carried 7-0. Reso.
adoption. DeAngelis seconded. DeAngelis moved to amend
#219-86 As Amended adopted 7-0.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Vossler, David Hasenbein, Barry Tracy, Geraldine Fontenot, Janet
Licenses for Donald Craig, Loren Poellmann, Kurt Johnson, Ramona
Kachelmeier, Joseph Hulman and Theresa Niggl. Hilt seconded,
carried.
Penovich moved for approval of a Refuse Hauling Permit for
Moeller Disposal, Inc.. Dumke seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $276,635.75. Dumke seconded,
carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in amount of $13,333.01. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0.

CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - The notice of the WCA public hearing
was discussed.
Dumke reported on the latest FLOW situation.
ADJOURNMENT - Hilt moved to adjourn at 8:45 P.M. Patterson
seconded, carried.
