MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 22, 1986
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich,
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:OO P.M. Also present
Sanders and Taube, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter.
Penovich moved to go into Closed Session pursuant to §19.85
(l)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public
properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other
specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining
reasons require a closed session, specifically to attempt to
deliberate or negotiate a cash settlement in connection with the
restoration of the property on which the Northwest Sewer Lagoons
were located. Sanders seconded, motion carried 7-0.
The Committee of the Whole reconvened into Open Session and
adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
