MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 8, 1986
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:46 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich,
Sanders and Taube, City Clerk Stewart and Acting City Attorney
John Macy.
Penovich moved, Patterson seconded, to approve minutes of meet
held 6/24/86. Carried.

INTRODUCTION AND OATH OF OFFICE - Chief Johnson introduced Poli
Officers Christopher Jones and Todd Nelson to the Council. The
Oath of Office was administered by Clerk Stewart.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE - Don Vilione, Conley, McDonald & Sprague,
Dresented a brief summation of the 1986 Auditor's Report for the
kity of Muskego.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meeting held
7/2/86 and 7/8/86 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded,
carried.
DeAngelis presented minutes of Public Welfare meeting held
6/23/86 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded. Taube moved
to send the third to last paragraph on page 2 back to the
Committee for further clarification. Patterson seconded,
carried. Motion to adopt minutes excluding the third to last
paragarph on page 2 carried unanimously.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Sewer Committee meeting held
6/26/86 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded. Penovich
clarified the intent of second sentence of last paragraph on page
2 to read, "The Sewer Committee has asked the Mayor to
Committee". Motion to adopt minutes with above clarification
investigate this request and report back to the Sewer
carried unanimously.
Minutes of 7/1/86 Plan Commission meeting were accepted and
placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Reso.il145-86 - Collection of Liquidated Damages-Industrial Park
Expansion Sewer and Water Main Project (Globe Contractors). Hilt
moved to defer. Patterson seconded, carried 7-0.

carried 7-0.

LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Ovenshire, Deborah Fabian, Mary Pezoldt, Shizuko Grecoric,
Licenses for Wil Vidal, Dennis Dillard, Mike Manning, Arwood
Barbara Last and Beverly Baker. Hilt seconded, carried.

Ev. Lutheran Church for 8/3/86. DeAngelis seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Special Dance Permit for Woods
Road Tavern on 8/17/86. Sanders seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Alarm Permits for Walter Dillard
and Gary A. Kelly. Taube seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in the amount of $171,101.62. Sanders seconded,
carried.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers
in the amount of $483.50. Dumke seconded, carried.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORT - City Clerk acknowledged receipt of
petition from Pavne h Dolan and State Sand & Gravel for renewal
bf conditional use-Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, July 15,
1986 at 6:50 P.M., and petition from Lee Shane for an expansion
Tuesday, July 15, 1986 at 6:45 P.M.
of Conditional Use Grant 1I81-Public Hearing to be held on
ADJOURNMENT Patterson moved to adjourn at 9:lO P.M. Penovich
