MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 13, 1986
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 8:06 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Sanders and
Taube, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter. Ald. Penovich
was absent.
Dumke moved, Hilt seconded, to approve minutes of meeting held
4/22/86. Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Hilt presented minutes of Finance Committee meeting held 5/7/86
and 5/13/86 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Sewer Committee meeting held
4/24/86 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried.
Sanders presented minutes of Public Safety Committee meeting held
5/5/86 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded, carried.
Minutes of 5/6/86 Plan Commission meeting were received and
placed on file.

Ord.#550 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 24, Section 24.01 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Snowmobile Laws). Second
reading. Dumke moved for adoption. Patterson seconded, carried
6-0.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso.#89-86 - Resolution Adding to the Assessment Policy of the
City of Muskego as to Sanitary Sewers. Dumke moved for
adoption. Patterson seconded, carried 6-0.
Reso.#90-86 - Policy for Properties Which Have Received Front
Foot Sewer Assessments for Controlled Access Sewers as to
Properties Which Are Subject to Future User RCA Charges
Established by Resolution #169-84. Patterson moved for
adoption. Sanders seconded. Patterson moved to amend to add:
"4. That this policy is subject to review by the City Attorney
with the Auditors". Dumke seconded, carried. Reso.#90-86 As Amended adopted 6-0.

review. ; and, to add: "Be it further resolved that a public
hearing shall be held on this matter". Patterson seconded,

Winski and Faith Novak. Taube seconded, carried.

amount of $83,846.44. Dumke seconded, carried 6-0.
