with the placement of the water ski jump subject to the approval
and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the attached agreements,
of the Parks and Recreation Board." Taube seconded, carried.

cost funds to the Jewel Creek Escrow Account. Carried 7-0.
Reso.#86-86 - Stating City's Response to State's Position on Big
Muskego Lake Dam. DeAngelis moved for adoption. Taube
seconded. Patterson moved to amend No. 4 to add "...except to
facilitate said repairs." Hilt seconded, carried.
Reso.#87-86 - Authorizing Approval of Lease of City-owned Land
Between Robert Schaefer and City of Muskego. Patterson moved for
adoption. Penovich seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso.#88-86 - Requesting a Traffic Count from Dept. of
Transportation on Hwy. 24. Hilt moved for adoption. Penovich
seconded, carried 7-0.
Ord. #550 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 24, Section 24.01 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Snowmobile Laws).

Licenses for Daniel L. LaMere, John H. Eigenauer, Lynda S. Fliss,
James F. Kowalski, Dan Gieseg, Vickie L. Berka, Richard J.
Pastorek, Brett R. Behling and Susan M. Yerke. Hilt seconded,
carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Gathering Permit for the MVFC
Ladies Auxiliary for April 26, 1986. Sanders seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Class B Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License for Loretta Petterson. Taube
seconded, carried 7-0.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $230,645.75. Dumke seconded,
carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers
in amount of $46,207.88. Hilt seconded, carried 7-0.
