MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 25, 1986
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:47 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich and
Taube, City Clerk Stewart and City Attorney Molter. Ald. Tomczyk
was absent.
Penovich moved, Dumke seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 3/11/86. Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
3/19/86 and 3/25/86 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded,
carried.
DeAngelis presented minutes of Public Water Committee meeting
held 3/13/86 and moved for acceptance. Hilt seconded, carried.

At 8:32 P.M., Mayor Salentine read the Notice of Closed Session,
noting that the Council would reconvene in Open Session for
continuation of the agenda. Penovich moved to convene in CLOSED
SESSION pursuant to $19.85 (l)(g)for the purpose of conferring
with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering

CITY OFFICIALS REPORTS - City Clerk read PROCLAMATION - "April -
Fair Housing Month".
Clerk read Notice of Public Hearing for rezoning of a strip on
Janesville Road from RS-2 OHS to B-2 (April 22, 1986 - 7:25 P.M.)
Council directed the Clerk to place an ad in the paper offering
For Sale the City-owned lot in Tess Corners.
Patterson invited the Council to join the Parks and Recreation
Board on a tour of the parks on April 5th at 9:OO A.M.
