MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 10, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Salentine at 8:45 P.M.
Also present were Ald. Tomczyk, Ald. Penovich, Ald. Taube, Ald. Dumke, Ald. Hilt, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Patterson, Building
Simon, Diane Witte, Carole Vavrik and Dr. John Martin.
Inspector Lee, Plumbing Inspector Jenson, Electrical Inspector
Ald. Penovich moved to convene into Closed Session pursuant to
Section 19.85 (l)(c) of the State Statutes to consider
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation
data of any public employe over which the governmental body has
jurisdiction or exercise responsibility, including but not

the Building Inspection Department and requested that the Mayor
and Building Inspection Department Head provide a report
outlining a job description for the proposed Administrative
Assistant position along with departmental suggestions to
implement the evaluation study. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion
carried.
The Committee of Whole recommends that Finance Committee review
