Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meeting held
12/30/85 and moved for approval. Tomczyk seconded. Mayor noted
by approving minutes, the new part-time employee in the Parks
Dept. as budgeted for 1986 would be a 14-week summer employee.
Carried 6-0.

Penovich presented minutes of Public Sewer Committee meeting held
12/12/85 and moved for approval. Dumke seconded. Dumke requested that the forced hook-up for Sobek be again discussed at
the next Sewer meeting with the Plumbing Inspector and Mr.
Sobek. Carried.

Ord.#540 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 11, Section 11.04(1) of
the Municipal Code (Refuse Hauling). Second Reading. Dumke
moved for adoption. Tomczyk seconded, carried 6-0.
Ord.#541 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 12, Section 12.08 (3) of
the Municipal Code (Junk Dealers). Second Reading. Dumke moved
for adoption. Hilt seconded. Penovich moved to amend (3) to
delete last two sentences. Patterson seconded, carried. Ord.
#541 As Amended adopted 6-0.
Ord.#542 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 12, Section 12.16(2) of
Reading. Dumke moved for adoption. Penovich seconded. Tomczyk
the Municipal Code (Swimming Pool Permit Fees). Second
moved to add "or more" after "1500 gallons". Patterson seconded,
carried. Dumke requested that all pools served by electricity be
inspected to determine safety. Ord.542 As Amended adopted 6-0.
Ord.#543 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 28 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Muskego (Water Utility). Second Reading. Hilt moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded. Hilt moved to defer for
further review by Water Committee. DeAngelis seconded, carried.

Hilt moved to amend the coverage as quoted to S2,000,000 Umbrella
Liability. Tomczyk seconded, carried. Patterson moved to drop
vehicles, except the Vac All and new pick up truck. DeAngelis
the collision insurance on all heavy Department of Public Works
seconded, carried. Patterson moved to have $500 deductible on
all vehicles to be insured (squad cars, parks vehicles, vac all
