MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 26, 1985
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 8:36 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Patterson, Penovich, Taube and
Tomczyk, City Clerk Stewart and City Attorney Macy. Ald. Hilt
was absent.
Patterson moved, Penovich seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 11/12/85, 11/14/85 and 11/19/85. Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich moved for approval of Finance Committee minutes of
meetings held 11/13/85, 11/20/85 and 11/26/85. Tomczyk seconded,
carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Public Sewer Committee minutes of
meeting held 11/18/85. Dumke seconded, carried.
Penovich presented minutes of Public Safety Committee meeting
held 11/18/85 and moved for approval. Patterson seconded. Taube
moved to request individual consideration of paragraph 3
paragraph back to Safety Committee. Penovich seconded,
regarding stop signs on Parkland Drive, and to refer that
carried. Motion to adopt minutes with deletion of paragraph 3
carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE
PROCLAMATION - "Toys for Tots" Week - 12/7/85 to 12/14/85
presented to Dan Olewniczak.
Mayor advised he authorized change order for $100 for arterial
signals on Hy. 24 at Tess Corners for blue light signal for Fire
Department.

Reso.#251-85 - Denial of Claim - A. Kuehr. Deferred 11/12/85.
Deputy Clerk reported insurance company advised they will pay
claim and requests City to advise what is being done to eliminate
nuisance. Patterson will report to the Parks and Rec Board.
Taube moved to Table. Tomczyk seconded, carried 6-0.
Reso.#300-85 - Approval of Certified Survey Map (Lincoln State
Bank). Deferred 11/12/85. Patterson moved to defer until
amended CSM received. ~ Taube seconded. carried.

moved to amend to add after the $1,164.00 for Peter Schwabe,

Church Sewer Project. Taube moved for adoption. Penovich

Reso.#323-85 - Resolution as to Land Offered to the City by
Waukesha County. Tomczyk moved for adoption to approve purchase
of 2180.979.001 for $558.60 and 2198.998 for $2,489.25 and to
disapprove 2252.995. Taube seconded. Tomczyk moved to amend
last paragraph to read: Be it further resolved that the cost of
Money Account to be reimbursed at the time of the sale of the

LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of operator's
license for David Boehm. Tomczyk seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Alarm Permit for Lincoln State
Bank. Tomczyk seconded, carried.

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $679,204.94. Tomczyk seconded,
carried 6-0.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers
in amount of $73,147.79. Dumke seconded, carried 6-0.
MISCELLANEOUS - Patterson requested Public Welfare Committee
review the Post Office's decision to have all of Muskego under
one zip code. Tomczyk advised this was not a City decision.
ADJOURNMENT - Tomczyk moved to adjourn at 10:25 P.M. Patterson
seconded, carried.
