MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 19, 1985
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 6:32 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke (arr.6:55 P.M.), Hilt, Patterson,
Penovich and Taube. Ald. Tomczyk was absent.
The Mayor opened the meeting by announcing that this was an open
meeting of the Common Council. Notice of this meeting was given
to the public at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting by
the Muskego Sun, and to all news media who have requested the
forwarding the complete agenda to the official City newspapers,
available for inspection at the City Clerk's office. Anyone
same as well as posting. Copies of the complete agenda were
desiring information as to forthcoming meetings should contact
the City Clerk's office.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso.#307-85 - Resolution Authorizing the Sale of $1,550,000
General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds. Hilt moved to read
by title only. Patterson seconded, carried. Penovich moved for
adoption. Hilt seconded. The Clerk indicated that the Notice of

AT & T. Dumke moved for adoption. Patterson seconded. It was
Reso.#308-85 - Approval of Contract Between City of Muskego and
noted that the recorder for the Library was not included because
it must be purchased from another company. Carried 6-0.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Class B
Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for
Audrey Oschmann. Dumke seconded. The Council expressed
reservations in approving this license due to previous
violations. The Council requested that the Police Department
notify the Council of any violations so they may review to
consider revocation proceedings. Motion carried 5-1 with
Patterson casting only "no" vote.
Oschmann. Dumke seconded. Council expressed same concerns as
Penovich moved for approval of Operator's License for Steven
for Oschmann Class B license. Motion carried 4-2 with Dumke,
Hilt, Penovich and Taube voting "yes1' and DeAngelis and Patterson voting "no".

Penovich moved for approval of Operator's License for Laurie
Oschmann. Taube seconded, carried 6-0.
ADJOURNMENT - Dumke moved to adjourn at 7:27 P.M. Taube
seconded, carried.
