MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 22, 1985
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:50 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich, Taube
and Tomczyk, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter.
Tomczyk moved, Penovich seconded, to approve minutes of meetings
held 1018185 and 10/16/85. Carried.

ELECTION OF COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE TO PLAN COMMISSION
Deferred from 10/8/85 meeting where after five ballots the vote
remained at DeAngelis 4 and Hilt 3, which was not a 213 vote as
required. Voting continued as follows:
6th Ballot - Hilt-4 and DeAngelis-3. 7th Ballot - Hilt-4 and DeAngelis-3. 8th Ballot - Hilt-4 and DeAngelis-3. DeAngelis advised that although he would still like to be the
Plan Commission representative, he would release any vote
committed to him.
Hilt was elected the Council Representative to the Plan
Commission.
9th Ballot - Hilt-5 and DeAngelis-2.

Rall/Library Unit P . Dumke moved for adoption. DeAngelis
seconded. Retirement provisions of settlement corrected to read
same as telecommunicators. Carried 7-0.

Library. Penovich moved for adoption with a cost of $4,500.

resolved that said expenditures are to be determined by the

Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in amount of $14,024.26. Hilt seconded, carried 7-0.
General Vouchers in amount of $457,202.76. Tomczyk seconded,
