were Aldermen Tomczyk, Penovich, Hilt, Taube, and DeAngelis.
Ald. Dumke arrived at 7:05 P.M.

Reso.11236-85 - Rejection of All Bids - Jewel Creek Drainage
Project. Taube moved for adoption. Hilt seconded, carried 5-0.
Reso.11237-85 - Awarding of Bid - Traffic Control Signals.
Tomczyk moved for adoption. Penovich seconded, carried 5-0.
Reso.#238-85 - Awarding of Bid - Northwest (Woods Rd.) WWTF
Lagoon Sludge Removal & Disposal. Penovich moved for adoption.
Taube seconded. Hilt moved to insert in the last paragraph
before cost, "eligible TIF". Seconded by Ald. Taube, carried.
