MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 23, 1985
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 8:47 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Taube, Tomczyk and
Penovich, Clerk Stewart and Atty. Molter. Ald. Nilsson was
absent.
Tomczyk moved, Penovich seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 7/9/85. Carried.
Personal Appearance- Don Vilione, Conley, McDonald Sr Sprague,
presented a brief summation of the 1985 Auditor's ReDorts for the
kity of Muskego. ~r
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich moved for approval of minutes of Finance Committee
meetings held 7/17 and 7/23. Penovich seconded, carried.
Taube moved for approval of minutes of Public Sewer Committee
meeting held 7/11. Dumke seconded, carried.
DeAngelis moved for approval of minutes of Public Welfare
Committee meeting held 7/18. Hilt seconded, carried.
Tomczyk moved for approval of minutes of Public Works Committee
meeting held 7/18. DeAngelis seconded, carried.
Minutes of Plan Commission meeting held July 2, 1985 received and
placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Reso.11158-85 - Approval/Disapproval of Grievance-Kaebisch.
Tomczyk moved for reconsideration. Penovich seconded, carried 6-
0. Tomczyk moved to amend by adding "Be it further resolved that
precedent by the Common Council for further grievance
the action taken by the Common Council is not intended to set a
requests". Seconded by Dumke, carried. Reso. 11158-85 (As Amended) carried 6-0.

Understanding (Waste Management). Tomczyk moved for adoption.
DeAngelis seconded. Hilt moved to amend by adding "subject to
the Public Service Commission approval". Seconded by Taube,

Reso.11133-85 - Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent to
Exercise Special Assessment Police Powers Under Sec. 66.60, Wis.

Examining Board. Tomczyk moved for adoption inserting Gilbert
Schaefer, Carl Prusinski, & Alexander Melenchuk. Seconded by
DeAngelis, carried 6-0.

V. and S. Muma. Hilt moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded.
Tomczyk moved to amend to add "and City Engineers" to the last
paragraph. Seconded by Taube, carried 6-0. Resolution 8169-85
(As Amended) carried 6-0.

Reso.#176-85 - Approval to Fund Senior Citizen Coordinator
Position. Tomczyk moved for adoption inserting "disapprove",
this position through July 31, 1985.
Ord.11536 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 17, Section
P.O8(/)(C) of the Municipal Code (OLR Lake Recreation District)
First Reading.
LICENSES Tomczyk moved for approval of operator's licenses for
Dotzler, Dawn Erickson, Bob Gariepy, Tari Kasch, Dennis Kasch,
Sherry Braund, Cheryl Guthrie, Cynthia Weber, John Dykas, Tom
Sandra Dykas, Mark Smith, Denise Brophey, Donald Boehm, Coris
Broadwick, Kathy O'Neil, Colin Tesch, Dianne Horner, Joyce
Mawitz, and Kathy Kratz. Dumke seconded, carried.
Tomczyk moved for approval of Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and
Intoxicating Liquor License for Parkmaster Attractions. Penovich
seconded, carried.
Tomczyk moved for approval of Class A Fermented Malt Beverage
License for Harold Ahles. Hilt seconded, carried.
Tomczyk moved for approval of Special Dance permits for
Schaumbergs Suburban House 818 and 9/18. Penovich seconded,
carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Tomczyk moved for payment of General Vouchers
in the amount of $184,981.35. Taube seconded, carried.
Penovich seconded, carried 6-0. The City of Muskego will fund
