MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 25, 1985
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 8:14 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Nilsson, Penovich, Taube
and Tomczyk, Clerk Stewart and Atty. Molter.
Penovich moved, Tomczyk seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 6/11/85. Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
6/19/85 and 6/25/85 and moved for approval. Tomczyk seconded,
carried.

Nilsson presented minutes of Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee
meeting held 6/13/85 and moved for approval. Taube seconded,

6120185 and moved for approval. DeAngelis seconded, carried.
Taube presented minutes of Public Sewer Committee meeting held
6/20/85 and moved for approval.
Minutes of Plan Commission meetings held 6/4/85 and 6/18/85
received and placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Reso.#120-85 - Authorizing Approval of Agreement Between City of
Muskego and Little Muskego Lake Association (Jewel Creek Drng.Project). On floor, deferred 6/11/85. Nilsson moved to
amend the sentence after "$20,000" in No. 3 of Agreement to read:

Reso.#126-85 - Approval of Various License Applications for the
City of Muskego for the Licensing Period July 1, 1985 to June 30,
1986. Penovich moved for adoption. Tomczyk seconded. Nilsson
moved to amend to add: "Be it further resolved that a
restriction shall be placed on the license of those
establishments listing exteriors of buildings as part of their
premises which states "No Outside Sales After 10:30 P.M." as
follows: Jeff's Black Duck, Amann's Beach, Schaumberg's Suburban
House, Sobek Resort and Bushy's Pub. Be it further resolved that
Dance Hall Licenses are approved for interior of buildings on
premises only, with requests for dance hall licenses for the
exterior of buildings to be made to the City for the "Special

Inc. Be it further resolved that the conditions imposed on the

9/8/85 and Warrier's-7/13-14/85. Taube seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $194,450.58. Tomczyk seconded,
carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in amount of $10,258.37. Taube seconded, carried 7-0.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Mayor reviewed letter from Jackie
Schweitzer regarding use of Jensen Center.
