MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 11, 1985
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:46 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Nilsson, Penovich, Taube
and Tomczyk, Clerk Stewart and Atty. Molter.
Penovich moved, Tomczyk seconded, to approve minutes of meetings
held 5/28/85 and 6/5/85. Carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE
Clerk read Mayor's PROCLAMATION for "Pause for the Pledge"
observance on Flag Day, June 14th. Mayor lead those present in
Pledge to the Flag.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE - Assessor Paul DeAngelis introduced his
State mandated revaluation process, and a slide presentation was

Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
6/5/85 and 6/11/85 and moved for approval. Tomczyk seconded,

Reso.#114-85 (As Amended) - Approval of Lease Agreement - Denoon
School. Adopted 5/28/85. DeAngelis moved for reconsideration.

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for payment of General Vouchers
in the amount of $164,983.07. Taube seconded, carried 7-0.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers
