HELD APRIL 23, 1985
Chairman Salentine at 8:02 P.M. Also uresent
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Nilsson, Penovich, taube
and Tomczyk, Clerk Stewart and Atty. Molter.
Penovich moved, Tomczyk seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held April 9, 1985. Carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE
Legion Poppy Monthl'and Mayor presented same to Mrs. C. Youssi.
Clerk read PROCLAMATION proclaiming month of May as "American
PERSONAL APPEARANCE - Chairman Blenda Treba presented the report
of the Senior Citizen Committee. The report recommended that the
Nutrition Program and the Senior Center be retained at the Denoon
upon completion of the expansion program.

amend to add: "Be it further resolved that the rezoning shall be
conditional zoning based on the approval of the DNR after the
environmental aspects within 1-112 years after inactment of the
feasibility report which includes approval of the need and
rezoning ordinance. Be it further resolved that in the event
present zoning and the ordinance becomes null and void." Nilsson

(Deferred 3/26/85) On the floor. Motion to adopt carried
unanimously.
Reso.#64-85 - Approval of Amendment to Department of Public Works
1985 Labor Agreement. Dumke moved to reconsider. Tomczyk
seconded, carried unanimously. Nilsson moved to amend paragraphs
whichever is greater" and to add: Amend 17.02 b) of the Contract
to read "Comp Care HMO, funded by the City up to amount of
Maxicare or Samaritan, whichever is greater". Tomczyk seconded,
carried. Reso. 1/64-85 As Amended adopted unanimously.
Ord.11526 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (RS-2 and B-2 to 1-1 [Industrial Park District]) Second
Reading. Nilsson moved for adoption. Taube seconded, carried
unanimously.

Reso.#75-85 - Authorizing Ehlers and Associates, Inc. to Solicit
Competitive Proposals. Tomczyk moved for adoption. Penovich
seconded, carried unanimously.
Reso.#76-85 - Approval of Certified Survey Map (Gulbrandson-Town of Norway). Nilsson moved for adoption. Hilt seconded, carried

adoption. Nilsson seconded, carried unanimously.
Reso.#80-85 - Directing the City Engineers to Prepare Plans and
Specifications for the Surfacing of Bay Lane Place. DeAngelis
moved for adoption. Tomczyk seconded. DeAngelis reported the
people in the area felt that since the City took over ownership
of the road it should be responsible for paying for the
improvements. It was noted the assessment procedure will be
implemented and public hearing held. Motion to adopt carried
unanimously.
Reso.#81-85 - Directing the City Engineers to Prepare Plans and
Specifications - Water Utility. Hilt moved for adoption.

LICENSE APPROVAL - Tomczyk moved for approval of Operator's

Steve Schmidt, Pamela Bartoschevich, Carole Graham and Marsha
N. Thomas from list. Tomczyk seconded, carried. Licenses
Swarthout. Dumke seconded. Penovich moved to amend to delete
unanimously approved as amended. Tomczyk moved to defer action
on N. Thomas for further review of Finance Committee and
Council. Hilt seconded. Carried
Tomczyk moved for approval of Class B Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License for Jeffrey Bosanac, W145 S8016
Schultz Lane (formerly Crosby's). Dumke seconded, carried. 0 VOUCHER APPROVAL - Tomczyk moved for approval of payment of general vouchers in amount of $130,117.33. Penovich seconded,
carried unanimously.
Penovich moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility
vouchers in amount of $16,272.98. Tomczyk seconded, carried
unanimously.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Clerk reported Public Hearings will
be held on May 14, 19w at 7:15 P.M. to review request from
Ingersoll Cable for execution of an "Assignment of Franchise as
Collateral Security" Document, and at 7:25 P.M. to review
Krzman rezoning request.
Mayor Salentine expressed condolences to the family of former
New Berlin Mayor Malone on his recent passing.
Mayor requested suggestions from aldermen for a vacant Board of
Appeals position.
ADJOURNMENT - Tomczyk moved to adjourn at 10:42 P.M. Nilsson
seconded. carried.
