MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 9, 1985
were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke, Hilt and Penovich, Atty.
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 9:55 P.M. Also present
Molter and Clerk Stewart. Tomczyk and Nilsson were absent.
Penovich moved, Dumke seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 3/26/85. Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
4/3/85 and 4/9/85 and moved for approval. Gaetzke seconded,
carried.
Minutes of Plan Commission meeting held 4/4/85 received and
filed.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE
Clerk read Proclamation proclaiming week of April 15, 1985 as
"Health Week" in Muskego and Mayor presented same to Muskego High
School representative Denise Brown.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Reso.#59-85 - Authorizing Lease Agreement Between Muskego Marine,
review form of lease agreement recommended by Atty. Molter.
lnc. and City of Muskego. Gaetzke moved for reconsideration to
Penovich seconded, carried unanimously. Gaetzke moved to amend
1/59-85 to attach amended lease agreement. Penovich seconded,
carried. Reso. 1/59-85 As Amended adopted unanimously.
Ord.11523 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 20, Section 20.06(3) and
Section 20.06(4) of the Municipal Code (Races on Ice). 2nd
Reading. Dumke moved for adoption. Gaetzke seconded, carried
unanimously.

moved for adoption. Penovich seconded. Atty.Molter objected to

Gaetzke moved for adoption. Penovich seconded, carried
unanimously.
Reso.#70-85 - Declaring Certain Weeds to be Noxious to City of
Muskego. Penovich moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded,
carried unanimously.
Reso.#71-85 - Approval of Temporary Habitation of a Trailer

Ord.#526 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (RS-2 and B-2 to 1-1 [Industrial Park District]). 1st
Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Licenses for Kim Hinderman. Thomas Behlinn. Marjorie Scarpace,
JoAnn Schreir and Salvatore Scarpace. DuGke seconded, cakried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $156.101.91. Hilt seconded.
carried unanimously.
Gaetzke moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers
in amount of $1,027.98. Penovich seconded, carried unanimously.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Clerk acknowledged receipt of petition
from Jack Warden for rezoning in Sec. 7 from RCE to RCE-OIP for
building, and set public hearing for 4/23/85 at 7:25 P.M. Same
constructing a Radio Communirations Tower and associated
referred to Plan Commission for review and recommendation.
ADJOURNMENT - Gaetzke moved to adjourn at 11:lO P.M. Dumke
seconded, carried.
