ccm198502260 COMMON COUNCIL CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 26, 1985 Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 739 P.M. Also present were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke, Hilt, Nilsson and Penovich, Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter. Ald. Tomczyk was absent. Mayor read the Notice of Closed Session, and noted Council would reconvene into Open Session. Penovich moved, Hilt seconded, to approve minutes of meetings held 2/12/85 and 2/18/85. Carried. Penovich moved to go into Closed Session at 8:Ol P.M. pursuant to State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Council with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, namely a dismissed public employe. Nilsson seconded, carried unanimously. The Council reconvened into Open Session at 8:18 P.M. 0 COMMITTEE REPORTS Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held 2120185 and 2/26/85 and moved for approval. Penovich moved to amend to change the address to "Lot 2 on HiView Drive in HiView Acres". Dumke seconded, carried. Gaetzke moved to amend to add: approval by the Waukesha County Health Department". Reso.1139-85 - Authorizing Execution of Lease Agreement Between L. Klauser and the City of Muskego. Dumke moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded. Nilsson moved to amend the agreement after ordinances of the City", and to add No. 3: "That each 5 years this agreement is in effect, Klauser shall pay to the City the sum of $50.00 on the commencement of each 5 year period. In order to assist in the prosecution of traffic cases, Atty. Molter moved to suspend the rules which would interfere with the second requested suspension of rules to permit second reading.
