Plan Commission minutes of 8/7/04 meeting received and placed on
file.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor noted introduction and oath of office of new police officer
would be at 8/28/84 Council meeting.

Ord.#498 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 1, Section 1.02 of the
Municipal Code (Police Powers). Hilt moved to defer. Tomczyk
seconded, carried unanimously.
Ord.#499 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 30, Section 30.43 of the
Municiaal Code (Building Code). Clerk gave second reading. 0 Dumke moved for 'adoption. Penovich seconded, carried
unanimously.

Reso.#160-84 - Authorizing Execution of Counter-Offer - Purchase
of City-Owned Lot (Nowitzke). Tomczyk moved for adoption.
Gaetzke seconded, carried unanimously.
Reso.#161-84 - Authorizing the Filling of Patrolman Position in
the Police Department. Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt
seconded, carried unanimously.
Reso.#162-84 - Directing Ruekert & Mielke to Prepare Final Plans
and Specs for Tess Corners/Gaulke Drive Drainage Project (TID #2)
Penovich moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded, carried
unanimously.
Reso.#163-84 - Authorizing Expenditure of TIF Funds (Denoon Park
Project-$2,451.40). DeAngelis moved for adoption. Tomczyk
seconded. Carried 5-1 with Gaetzke voting rrno".
Reso.#164-84 - Acceptance of Quote - Sobek Well (Bass Bay Sewer
Project). Gaetzke moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded,
carried unanimously.
Reso.#165-84 - Directing Ruekert & Mielke to Prepare Plans
DeAngelis seconded, carried unanimously.
(Boszhardt Sewer Project). Gaetzke moved for adoption.
Reso.#166-84 - Report of DandiLion Park Feasibility Committee.
Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt seconded. Committee report
included method of purchasing DandiLion Park property with funds
obtained through the sale of Idle Isle and other property. Pros
and cons were discussed. Council was advised property offered to
City for $800,000 with option required by 9/1/84. Council
requested additional information regarding cost of interest, cost
entranceway. Letter from Little Muskego Lake Assn. read by Clerk of selling, cost to create parking area, boat launch and asphalt
Tomczyk, Paul Ciardo spoke in opposition and posed questions for
to oppose sale of Idle Isle. With permission at request of

(D.DeLaRosa - RS-3 OLS to RS-3 00s). Penovich moved for
adoption. Dumke seconded. Motion. carried 5-1 with Gaetzke
casting only "no" vote.
Reso.#169-84 - Final Resolution Authorizing Area Wide Reserve
Capacity Assessments for Sewer Services Under Wisconsin Statute
66.60 and Levying Reserve Capacity Special Assessments Against
Benefited Property (RCA). Gaetzke moved for adoption. DeAngelis
seconded. Gaetzke moved to defer to obtain clarification of
payment dates for future users. Penovich seconded, carried
unanimously.
Reso.#170-84 - Final Resolution Authorizing Installation of
Sanitary Sewer Improvements and Levying Special Assessments
Against Benefited Property (Kurtze Lane Project - Assessment
District "0"). DeAngelis moved for adoption. Gaetzke seconded,
carried unanimously.

Reso.#173-84 - Establishing Traffic Regulations (One Way on Lake
Drive westbound from Lannon Dr. to Center Dr.) Hilt moved for
adoption. Tomczyk seconded, carried unanimously.
Reso.#174-84 - Relocation Order of the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin (St. Paul East Drainage Project). Penovich
moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded, carried unanimously.
Reso.#175-84 - Authorizing the Mayor to Appoint Committee to
Pursue the Feasibility of Purchasing Property for Expansion of
the Industrial Park. Tomczyk moved for adoption. Dumke
Harry Brodel, Joe Seifert, Ald. Penovich and himself.

Ord.#500 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 7, Section 7.005 of the
Municipal Code (Traffic Code). First Reading.
Ord.#501 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 3, Section 3.05(3) of
the Municipal Code (Budget). First Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Tomczyk moved for approval of Operator's
licenses for Margaret Pruszka, Jaqueline Schulz. Deborah
Anderson, Karen Stellmach, Michaei Hilt, Barbara Klawier, Richard
Krueger and Alison Davis. Penovich seconded, carried.
Tomczyk moved for approval of Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and
Hillside Bar and Grill - formerly Carol Duval's Hillside Inn
Intoxicating Liquor License for James Baganski (Jim and Terr
Dumke seconded, carried unanimously.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Tomczyk moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $1.152.175.21. Penovich 0 seconded, carried unanimously.
Gaetzke moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in the amount of $31,163.26. DeAngelis seconded, carried
unanimously.

CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - July Building Report acknowledged.
Clerk announced joint Plan Commission/Common Council Public
Hearing on September 11, 1,984 at 7:25 P.M. to consider proposed
Land Division and Zoning Ordinance amendments.
ADJOURNMENT - Tomczyk moved to adjourn at 10:15 P.M. Gaetzke
seconded, carried.
