Also present were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke, Hilt, Nilsson and Penovich. City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter. Ald. Tomczyk was absent. Gaetzke moved, Penovich seconded, to approve minutes of meeting held May 22, 1984. Carried. COMMITTEE REPORTS Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held 6/6/84 and 6/12/84 and moved same be accepted. Dumke seconded, carried. Nilsson presented minutes of Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee meeting held 5/23/84 and moved same be accepted. Gaetzke seconded, carried. Hilt presented minutes of Public Safety Committee meeting held 6/7/84 and moved same be accepted. Nilsson seconded, carried. Hilt presented minutes of Public Works Committee meeting held 6/7/84 and moved same be accepted. DeAngelis seconded. Mayor agreement that cable would be installed on back slopes of ditches reported Supt. Bertram and John Ingersoll had worked out an wherever possible. Motion carried. Penovich presented minutes of Public Sewer Committee meeting held 5/24/84 and moved same be accepted. DeAngelis seconded, carried. DeAngelis read minutes of Cable TV Citizens Committee meeting held 5/2/84. Received and placed on file. DeAngelis seconded, Stats. as to Sanitary Sewer Assessment Area for Bass Bay Sewer carried unanimously. Reso.il123-84 - Approval of Various License Applications for the City of Muskego for the Licensing Period July 1, 1984 to June 30, unanimously. By mutual consent, Nilsson moved to remove 1985. Dumke moved for adoption. Gaetzke seconded, carried Klauser's rifle range from list at Finance Comm. recommendation and defer until next meeting. Penovich seconded, carried unanimously. Reso.i/'l24-84 - Authorizing Execution of Lease Agreement Between Richard Schaumberg and Muskego Parks and Recreation Board. Penovich moved for adoption. Hilt seconded, carried unanimously. Reso.1125-84 - Authorizing Payment for Crop Damage Due to Sewer Construction (A. Basse-$175.75). DeAngelis moved for adoption, Gaetzke seconded, carried unanimously. Reso.#126-84 - Transfer of Funds - Removed from agenda. Reso.tI27-84 - Authorizing the City Attorney to Proceed with Formal Oft Lot) ($1,925 plus costs). Gaetzke moved for adoption. Nilsson moved to amend 2nd and 4th paragraphs to read after $1,925 as follows: "plus title and engineering costs to become buyer's responsibility". LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's Licenses for Geoffrey Gottheardt. Rosalie Slattery. Paul Vopal. Catherine Chojnacki,- Joanne Rozek, Warren Helm and.Kathleen- Wink. Hilt seconded, carried. Penovich moved for approval of Gathering Permit for St. Leonards for July 21-22, 1984. DeAngelis seconded, carried. 0 Penovich moved for approval of Refuse Hauling Permits for 1984185 for Cotton Disposal, Inc., J. P. Funk Trucking, Re1 Sanitation, Inc., City of Waukesha and Town and Country. Nilsson seconded, carried. VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in amount of $253.876.96. Dumke seconded, carried unanimously. Gaetzke moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers in amount of $14,647.32. DeAngelis seconded, carried unanimously. CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Clerk noted that Public Hearing on Bass Bay Sewer Project Assessment would be held June 25, 1984 at 7:OO P.M. Atty. Molter advised he would prepare resolution which will set forth changes which have been recommended by Sewer Committee as a result of the Reserve Capacity Assessment (RCA) Public Hearing. He will also prepare Final Resolution and ordinance amendments. Atty.
